I guess it is because they are addressing a couple of most actual issues regarding crypto exchanges:
> Keeping 60-75% of client funds safely offline in cold storage vaults
> Insuring clients online funds against hacks while being under government regulation

There are now a lot of ICOs on the market, and they exist a lot of fraudulent ICOs, so choosing a potential ICO would be very difficult for us. Choosing a good ICO probably also depends on your intuition, I dare not introduce you to that ICO which is the best. Because I choose ICO just according to my intuition.

Right now no one can give any good advice about this as we have many ICO's and many devs working on them but most are going to be dead as they have not good projects or solid points for attracting investors better do your own research for this before investing your hard earned money you can lost this very easily and quickly if you are going to do some wrong decision

Just like any ico which you invested in January is in red , any decent ico which you put money in during the bear market will turn out good , if the bull market returns and I think it will.

Look at the timing of crypto market or if you dont want to see the timing you will hold the token for years untill the dapp is up and running.
How to choose :
1. Look at the developer behavior..if they change the rules in the middle of ico you need to avoid those kind of ico.
2. If the dev never doing AMA with video and his face not on that video its 100000000000% scam.
3. Dont buy ico with too much hype or shiller.

how about nothing ?
for now there are a tons of ICOs out there and yet none of them prove their worthiness.
(some of them might show us a better performance,but most of them were created based on ERC20 which is totally shit compared to ETH itself)
if i was you,i will invest some of my money into top cryptocurrency or just investing your money into Bitcoin directly.
all that we need is a new product with a fresh idea,network and product.
not an existing product with same network but different idea.
