I prefer to earn on real estate. I invested in many projects, but concluded that exactly real estate that is profitable for making a profit. This is a reliable and long-term investment, which guarantees a stable income. Recently I invested in such a project as Estate Coin. I was attracted to the fact that they do not promise, as most ICO do, they have everything ready. You imagine that tokens are provided with real square meters of built residential real estate. This is a real and promising business. Also a key feature of the project is the symbiosis of information technologies and technologies for the construction of residential buildings. 3% of the nominal value of the contracts for the first 12 months after the end of the ICO campaign (construction of houses on this project takes about 12 months), 25% after the sale of apartments in the houses (in 14 month), and also increase every 3 months on 60% of the extracted crypto currency. More information on website https://estate-coin.com.

None. Most ICOs are scams and shouldn't be trusted. You should invest in Bitcoin and not expect to get very rich very quickly with no work. Why would you buy something for a certain price if they can't have any competitors yet? ICOs set their own price for a coin which defeats the free market purpose. Just buy coins after you see how they are doing. Why would developers undersell their coins? They will oversell them. And what is the chance that you know more about the real price of a coin then the people who know all about the coin, since they created it. Just don't waste your time and worries, buy Bitcoin and hold long, that is a way to go.

Right now I'm thinking about investing in Universa Blockhain platform, it does seem pretty solid. The Ico is 28 October, Universa.io The project is purring all life in the block chain pretty much, starting from all kinds of smart contacts, and smart house, smart keys and stuff. Their highlight is super fast transactions cheaper than bitcoin by thousand times. I'm careful about what to invest, but this project seems to be worth it.
