What if everyone on the forum went to their exchange they like and offer to buy 5 btc @ 20 each that about $100 investment if everyone here did it would it bring the btc prices back up? around $20 again? if it does even though your paying a little more this in return would raise the value of your current coins for everyone would it not?

You have unwittingly stumbled upon the reason that bitcoins have any value whatsoever: because a bunch of speculators want it to long enough for them to cash out.
Why stop at $20 each? Seriously. If all you have to do is buy buy buy in order to make more money, never stop buying!
