It's not like bitcointalk is the only forum with opportunity to get money from post/bounty, they simply move to another website/community.
I suppose the signature spammers would have to find that source, though I expect the substitution to result in even more severe spamming and complacency. Certain people treat the situation as an entitlement - a job - when campaigns are nothing more than a bonus for quality posts.

Though, the whole "quality" part can be subject to heavy debate.

Even bitcointalk forum was gone, as long as there are crypto currency there will always people who will create thier own forum and make a disccusion about crypto .
I answered it simple if bitcointalk will be gone then i will move to another forum or website that i can talk about it . You are only affraid about the earning that possibly  lost if this happen. But honestly nothing will change it will just move to another website and make another new way of earnings .do not focus only here always find alternative. .

Just think about this, there are about 7.7 Billion people around the world. The last person who registered in this forum has an id number of 2,775,096. Let us say that all that 2,775,096 are all legit, no alts that means there are 7,697,224,904 people walking on earth that are not aware of Bitcointalk forum and they we're able to live normal on their everyday lives. So going back to your question of "What if BitcoinTalk forum dissapears", life goes on and perhaps someone from that 2,775,096 will stand up and create a forum just like this to continue what BitcoinTalk forum has started.

Lets say hypothetically something happens and forum disappears for some unknown reason.
Core community members would gather up and create new bitcointalk forum.
Also some good people are archiving and backing up forum content all the time.
Bitcointalk cannot be stopped!

you open your device and  couldn't find BitcoinTalk forum, what will you do?
The first time I did was: say (thank you) as much as possible to (@satoshi and @theymos) through other channels, media or youtube, who has introduced Bitcoin to me and humanity in the world.

Next I will destroy the device related to the bitcointalk Forum.

I automatically no longer remember the bitcointalk forum and start focusing in real life.

OP, thank you for reminding her, anti-theft, maybe BitCointalk will disappear along with the loss of this world.

OP, maybe a similar question has been asked by some people here with different answers.

Topic: Will bitcoin disappear in the future?

Topic: What are the alternatives for Bitcointalk?

Then a lot of people here will have to get a life. Shitposters will be devastated, their hopes of being shitcoin millionaires from the easy-peasy bounties and campaigns here will fall apart and they will be faced with the challenge to actually find a real job and actually work.
For me, i wll miss all those nice guys (and probably girls as well) here, but the life continues..

BitCoinTalk went dark once before for a few weeks months.

I think if it went offline again I'd catch up on my sleep (and I'm sure I wouldn't be the only one)

That would be sad of course. Knowing that bitcointalk is one of the places I often go not because of earning, but because it's the place where I can learn and gain my knowledge when it comes to cryptocurrency.

Bitcointalk is like one of the places you can go when you have questions and more. I have learned a lot because of this forum and I don't think that it will disappear just like that. I mean, there's a lot of users here and they won't let that to happen. If bitcointalk disappears, it will be a hot topic because this forum is like a big platform for us.

Bitcointalk pretty much has a monopoly on forum-style communities so I doubt it would disappear just out of nowhere.

With that said, if ever Bitcointalk shuts down for whatever reason, you can guarantee that someone would probably create a similar alternative; or probably people would move to other existing forums.

Okay I would move on to a new forum. It would suck but I would survive.

If all mining stopped and no more cryptocoins I would be really hurt.
Far more pain then this forum going away.

OP, first of all, you shouldn't talk for everyone, because not all people came here for Bitcoin and altcoin bounties. Bitcointalk is much more than these things.
Back to your question, I would probably throw my phone into wall if one day I won't be able to access Bitcointalk. Just kidding. But definitely it would be sad thing. I spend so much time here and Bitcointalk gave me a lot. But there would be some positive things, like I would get much more free time. Maybe I even would find girlfriend Cheesy.
If the official bitcoin forum is all of a sudden gone for good, I think the lack of a main forum for crypto would make things harder to focus on.
I think we have to avoid using word "official" when we talk about Bitcoin Smiley.

I imagine some funny things, like what if suddenly this bitcoin forum platform suddenly disappears over night,
Is it a funny thing?
I know nothing is impossible, but I still don't see any reasons that Bitcointalk to disappear permanently in the near future. So, I don't think too much about it and just enjoy everything that I can do now. Even if I see the site cannot be accessed, I just think it is a usual problem and will be fixed soon.

If the official bitcoin forum is all of a sudden gone for good, I think the lack of a main forum for crypto would make things harder to focus on. This forum's administration has focused a lot of their efforts to increase quality and encourage community participation. Any other competing forum I'm sure would be too commercial and leaning towards corporate interests, ready to sell-out to any altcoin that would pay best other than staying loyal to bitcoin.

I would start sweating all over, and start to feel queasy. Then I would start banging on my mouse and keyboard. I also may start giving my computer a few kicks. Furthermore, I also might throw something at the monitor. Then, assuming my computer is still operational, I would start Googling intensively for possible solutions. I'd definitely check reddit and Twitter to see if anyone has a solution to this dilemma. If I discover that bitcointalk will never be coming back, I shall withdraw to my bed and won't get out of it for weeks. Maybe sooner if my partner has the ambulance take me away to the nearest mental health facility.

This happened a few years ago when the forum was hacked and a few months later when I believe the forums hard drives crashed.

Blocks continued to be found on average every 10 minutes and the sun continued to rise every morning.
