Can't really see how a service like this could even be a dapp. People would flock to Silk Road (and the other sites) due to the fact that they were able to hold up standards in regards to the vendors that were allowed on them. They forced these people to deposit a bond, pass some checks, and then would have to ensure quality of their products through a middleman service provided by the site (as they held funds in escrow)

I don't see how smart contracts could run this anyway.
