It is obviously the risk of buying cheap coins, cheap coins with 1 satoshi price are likely just garbage coins with so low trading volume and only has huge number of sell order with no buy orders at an exchange. It is not possible for this type of coins to get better price but it will not be in a day.
If he want to do it then he should not do it with a lot of money and he should take a look deeper about the coins itself. Means he should not buy all those 1 satoshi coins.

I remembered before I bought shit coin or less than 2 satoshi And after few weeks of holding the price become very high like 20 satoshi so my money became 10 times and that's I hope happen to you too so you can get more profit in the future. Why would you do that, I mean that can't be done as you can't buy coins equivalent to 1 sat. Most probably there are limits on how much minimum you can buy. 1 sat its not lowest price , sometime that coin have another market on another exchange like ltc or eth and the price is lower than 1 satoshi
also on buy and sell ammount on that coin so high
so i think 1 day to pump that is hard

It is easy to say but the truth is this will not always work, lets say you bought a coin that is worth 1 satoshi per coin, there's only a chance that it will get pump if other people will buy it too, but the thing is majority of those coins that worth 1 satoshi are mostly shitcoins or cryptocurrency that are already dead that people don't want to buy, so there is only small chance that you will get a good profit from this strategy and also small chance that you will be able to sell it when the value of that coin increases, unless there is an idiot that would want to buy it. In my opinion it is still safer to invest on those coins that have huge market cap and trading volume.

Why would developers enlist a coin on exchange that is virtually worth nothing? Also, the coin would easily be manipulated to death and be pumped to death if ever it is worth that small, so no, no one will ever enlist a coin at that price. It is not that easy, 1 sat coin usually stays for long time before they jump to higher price. There should be something great from the developer to make it happen, most of those coins are just sh*t coin but you still have great chance to be rich from one of them but not in a day.
Example is reddcoin, it was 1-10 satoshi for so long time but suddenly it jumped to more than 145 satoshi. It takes time to make money from such coins, you should choose the right coin to make it happen.
To be honest, I do this kind of investment. Buying some cheap coins and hold it for long term purpose, but I do not buy it too much. Usually just for 0.001-0.002btc so I wont lose too much if the price does not increase after some years.

Yes before everything else know how the price market works and that coin of the value study how it will play when its going up and down like. Also make some study of this coin know its value. If you really want to know how to make it double on the same day you should go to youtube search anout the tricks or google tit how and the coins value.

Well , I've some points I'd like to discuss :
1) First of all : it's not that easy to double your money " in one day especially "
2) The study of the market / coin structure / coin potential ...is mandatory before any investment .
3) Most likely you'll buy a considerable number of coins ( since it's as cheap as 1 sat ) , do you think there would be people who willing to buy it for 2-3 sat or more ?

You need to be careful. Sometimes the 1 sat coin you are buying was actually a coin that its price was recently dumped to 1 sat. Only advice I can give, if one interested in chasing 1 sat coins, is to confirm if the dev team is still active, only a matter of time before such coin will be pumped.

I think you are underestimating how the markets are working. Do first some research before you invest anything. You could get up buying a shitcoin of 1 sat, which will not increase in price, only decrease.
It is not as easy as you are thinking!
