A ban message will usually include the time limit of the ban. However, if it does not, then it is a permanent ban. If you are banned, you the person is banned, not just your account. This means that if you have multiple accounts, you cannot use those accounts to continue posting. If you do and are caught, then all of your known accounts will be permabanned.If you are banned, you should be able to still read and browse the forum, just not post.
