Hi All,

20-year telecom guy here and have had a couple data center owners express an interest in coming up with a colocation package that would be attractive to miners small to large.
Below is the first shot at pricing. We're not familiar with how to structure the pricing for a package so when I asked one owner what he would charge, he sent the table and pricing listed below.

My understanding of how to price out power for something is limited so if anyone out there would have thoughts on how a collocation for mining offering would be packaged, please feel free to share.
Being the facility owners, they have much control the pricing and my thought there could be a "win-win" for the little guy miners out there.

When I asked one of the owners to come up with something we could offer here is what he came back with -
$.20 per kWh power rate
Bandwidth $150 for 10 over 100Mb/s, $350 for 100 over 1G/s.
Rack space - $500 per rack per month ( standard rack w customer provided PDU’s)

Power Chinese Menu:
Option #1 @ 6kW using a single 208V x 30A circuit = $1500 MRC +$1500 NRC
#2 @ 12kW using 2 x 208v x 30A                   = $2400          + $2500
#3 @ 18 kW using 3 x 208V x 30A                   = $3250           + $3400
#4 @ 24kW using 4 x 208V x 30A                    = $4150           + $4100
Terms:  2 months up front plus Install; 60 notice to turn down solution.

If you could build a product offering that would be attractive to a folks on the board, how would you price it?
