Please just report them asap if they're in the wrong section. They will be removed if they're spreading malware or at the very least into a section where they belong and they'll likely be banned if they're spamming it everywhere. That user has been nuked which is probably what will happen to any other accounts that do the same and I'm sure he will be back on another..
Good to hear that user nuked. I believe it would solved by report "advertising via post on wrong section" since they are doing it. It's true most of such as scammers use suspicious links which would include malware.

However I will keep reporting them if found.

Locking thread for now.

Is there any harm if visible flags and feedbacks in all boards on current trust system?
I understand the anxiety you feel when we find someone with a negative reputation and also have an active flag still free to roam around on a board that does not display flags and negative trust. Boards that do not display flags and feedback are only used for discussion and it is not possible for them to open a service there so that the potential for fraud that begins with account activity like this is very small, in my opinion.

I think forum users are now accustomed to hearing fraud cases from most other users and that experience has made them more alert and increasingly worried about potential fraud in the future. So, if there is something that is suspected of potentially fraud then I dont think people will leave such posts longer without being removed by the moderator.

There are several ways so far that everyone has to do to avoid potential fraud on boards that dont display trust and flag in my opinion, i.e, Check profiles and account trust, this is very important and I think everyone will do it before they do something that involves money. Examples such as loans, trade and so on.

I am talking about depracy post history. Its pretty clear it is a scam attempt and he/she have got multiple tag and open flag against him/her. But surprisingly that users only posting where feedbacks and flags aren't visible. Isn't there possibility fall in that trap especially for (greedy) newbies? That user is locking thread, so no chances for reply there.
Reporting thread wouldn't much benefited since scam isn't moderated. Moderators only could move other section (IMO), also it will take some times.

Seems like it's a regular user of this forum, he knows where negative beliefs don't show up, a wise choice. But those sections are just for discussion, not a place to promote any services,

I doubt he's targeting specific subs on purpose but rather just spamming it where he can for maximum exposure.

Perhaps it is the place to bring up issues of the forum, only to raise opinions so the trust system is not necessary. Because voicing your opinion is in the common interest of everyone, if you have negative beliefs there, your opinion will not be taken seriously, maybe  Roll Eyes

Those posts don't belong in the board so they're qualified for removal. Repeated action would probably lead to a ban.

I would agree with having type-1 flags held above all threads. That would be conducive to an environment where we can act quickly on newly-created accounts when the original gets inevitably discarded.

Edit:
I think it would be solved by report like "advertising via post on inappropriate board"
