You can look in myetherwallet and under token balances you can see the most popular ERC-20 Tokens. Not sure is there any way to get the entire list though.

Yes, Find it here.(https://etherscan.io/tokens) They have a list and prices of each token, But they don't list all the tokens.

All tokens issued using Ethereum is ERC-20 tokens and there are many such tokens that exist right now and there is no way to get complete list of all tokens issued till now. Etherscan token search can only display the one that are listed by them which is quite limited in number.
