OK! Thank you. I understand.

With all the scams going on it's hard to trust new members on the forums and that is why when they're selling a product or services people tell them to "offer escrow" which means they're willing to do business with that person only if a trusted middleman (trusted forum member) acts an escrow. If you hire an escrow people will deal with you with no worries and you can sell/buy safely yourself without having to worry about getting scammed by the other party.

Hi !
I am new on this forum and I am French. I seen many times the expression "escrow offer", but I not sure I understood it.

Can you explain me what is it, please ?

An escrow is basically a Middle man and here is a scheme that should make you understand how it works (Domains here is just an example , it could be something else of course)  :

Trusted members that you could use them as escrow on your transaction : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcointalk-escrows-trade-safely-855778
