According to https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/vertcoin-first-scrypt-n-first-stealth-address-privacy-without-mixer-404364, Vertcoin team want to launch on 11 Jan 2014, We focus only CPU mining. The problem come out when we pickup N = 32768. Our core-i5 cannot mining the coin. So we decided to lower the N value but it needs to be more than 1024 ( Currently Litecoin using).
