That is what this forum is for, the marketplace is simply to help facilitate business transactions in a variety of different niches/markets including the sale of exclusive accounts on idiosyncratic platforms. That is simply my goal to acquire a Paxful account and in doing so I want to make sure I conduct proper due diligence and use safeguards to circumvent fraud when necessary.
Purchasing accounts that require KYC is indeed fraud. Basically, anyone that sells those accounts have registered either using their details, or have used someones elses. You purchasing one of these accounts, means you are actively looking for a way to acquire the account, without it being tied to your identity, and instead someone elses. Now, it sounds like you want to be the buyer of such an account, which means that you don't even know who is selling it, and what documents they have used to verify the accounts, which could mean they are committing identify theft, and also by extension you are committing fraud. If you want an account, then you can register it yourself with your own documents, that you rightfully own.
