Thought you weren't able to mine bitcoin gold from what I heard of and it would be more profitable to mine bitcoin cash now anyways even instead of mining eth or zec.

Go for as many gpu as possible, thats if your really that interested in mining btg.
The more gpu you can afford and run, the higher reward payout, obviously though.
But do you really believe in btg that much? And not use that hashing power towards another coin?
Well goodluck! I will not ignore btg just yet, and will also be pointing some hashing power towards this new coin and see where it goes.

The 3GB 1060 offers the best price/hashrate, but you lose out on rig density in comparison to more powerful cards, especially the 1080ti. Always an important balance to consider.

Well as he asks about BTG i guess it's no asics involved and topic probably moved. Much same hardware as to Zcash mining will work well.
There's hardly any information out about BTG much less mining hardware, no? I've marked this for a moderator to move it. Good to note BTG does supposedly use Equihash, so any GPU good on Equihash =/= ethash

There's no other effective miners out right now besides the S9, Ebit E9s and Avalon miners (excluding vaporware that's popping up everywhere). Outside of this unless you're using older hardware or have free electricity there's not much to choose from. There is some Bitfury hardware that was in extremely limited production, but that's about it.
Is my first time mining coin, I wanting build hardware rig BTG. U guys has good idea for share and show my list of best hardwares. thanks!!!! ( my English not very well sorry about that)
