I could create signed message but where to give in Bitcoin talk,  what will be recover procedure ?

Yes, It's a precaution in case your account get hacked. If you post an address in that thread and someone hack your account, you could sign a message using that address so an admin recover it for you. Signing a message from an address will proof that you are the real owner of the address (having control over your private keys is necessary) so don't stake addresses from exchanges.

I am really confused with these terms , already searched on web got the primary informations. But don't know why it is important ?

Anyone there could explain it fully ?
- saw this message in a thread where all were pasting there Bitcoin address , please explain
-saw this message from a legendary member advising before buying account , (ask for signed message and stake address )tell me the full concern ?
-is it a precaution of hacking ?

I have no knowledge in this, any senior member please help.
