0x20000010 & 0x20000012 = Segwit2x / BIP91 deployment

correction:
0x20000010 = SegWit2x (BIP91)
0x20000012 = SegWit2x (BIP91) AND SegWit (BIP141).

sorry i don't know the answer to your main question.

A block was mined that is version 0x30000000 - https://blockchain.info/block-height/476482

0x20000000
0x20000002
0x20000010
0x20000012

0x20000002 = BIP141 deployment
0x20000010 & 0x20000012 = Segwit2x / BIP91 deployment

What is version 0x30000000  ?

I am not sure, I searched and found 0x30000000 is the hex of Classic blocks mined by Bitcoin Unlimited nodes.

It was 0x20000008 at first, but then changed to 0x30000000. First Classic block to be mined, https://blockchain.info/block/000000000000000006e35d6675fb0fec767a5f3b346261a5160f6e2a8d258070

Please someone correct me if I am wrong.
