bounty manager is a person who regulates the bounty campaign.The one that responsible to the management,distribution and calculation of stakes,decide whether a participant break the rules during the campaign.A person that answers every questions that the participants wanted to asked.
I think that phrase is quite obvious, Bounty manager is an individual or a group of people who manage bounty campaign. They are responsible to select anyone who are meet the requirement and who are not, they also have to check the work submitted by the bounty campaign. And of course they are responsible for the payment distribution. They must have community management skill, I think.
Bounty manager is the person who launches bounty campaigns, manages it, sets rules, add weekly stakes, bans cheaters and at the end of the campaign calculates the total stakes and hence the reward tokens earned by each participant and then remains in contact with bounty hunters till the distribution of the rewards by the team.
