Technically if we have to define it briefly I guess based on my research and as mentioned of lots of forum talks here cypto banking is an investment platform just like with digital currency that we are holding right now. So that means if you have the freedom of choosing what's the best options to earn huge profit, well crypto banking is the right choice to have. That includes you token stored in your private wallets, and by the time you decided to sell an asset you can immediately trade what you have in your holdings.

To simply put it:

Crypto banking is aided by Artificial Intelligence. It is a online digital bank where you can store your digital currency (like bitcoins and litecoins)

According to Bitcoin Wiki, it performs the following tasks:
1. facilitates usage of crypto-currency: sending, receiving amounts

2. provable reserves auditable in the public peer-to-peer network (e.g.: Bitcoins Blockchain)

3. takes responsibility for the security and confidentiality of the funds under deposit

4. provides a level of security far beyond what typical consumers can achieve on desktop computers, such as the use of Hardware security module (HSM)

5. more than one account per person (like Chequing, Savings, etc.)

6. comparable to a "Web Wallet" but professionally run at larger scale.

Artificial intelligence are services or machines created by humans to perform a specific task. After being created, AI can do tasks without human intervention. They say that some jobs in the future will be replaced by Artificial Intelligence.
