It is possible but the speed and fee of a coin aren't the reason why it does well. You also have to consider marketing, community, and in general how the market reacts to the name, PR, press, and everything else. There are already zero fees coins like RaiBlocks and Skycoin too which means there is stiff competition. If this coin is worthy though, it will show itself soon enough.
Oh thank you for your suggest. I do a research about this coin and I see that it has good PR such as sponsor for MBA, about comunity many people believe on this.
