Hover your mouse over your user name and the browser should show you the link with the number on the end.
The number on the end is your user ID.
Or click on it and it will be at the end of the URL you are looking at. (UID's are always just numbers)

how can i find user id?
You click profile > summary > and then in your URL you should see a 7 digit ID that is unique to your account.
You have to click on your name in a post you've made and it will be visible in the address bar.
