I'm in the same boat.  I haven't used them to exchange for BTC since March.  I have deposited Dash, then changed my mind and withdrew.  Should have checked first before sending coins to them again!  I'm in serious need of a reliable exit to fiat from Dash.  It seems all exchanges are going down hill.  I've even sent them a picture of myself yesterday holding yesterday's newspaper and my driver's license to prove who I am, but I don't think anyone is looking at the tickets!

Has anyone experienced this and received their coins lately?  What can we expect for a delay.  What I really hate is that I'm losing USD because the price of Bitcoin is dropping.  This really sucks!

something is wrong on polo idk what it is I got selective response thru email and that was after changing my password but no response on polo support no more that was strange something told me to change password

I've been waiting for my withdrawal since 07/18. It's sucks. I've created 4 different tickets and no answer from anyone.

As a level 3 verified user of Poloniex, I never once expected that my withdraw requests would have to be manually "approved" even after clicking the withdraw confirmation link previously sent to my e-mail..

I've opened a support ticket and had a response within an hour which read;

Dear *********,

An agent will either approve or contact you about your withdrawal momentarily.

The awaiting approval status is a security measure to allow a security agent to review and approve the transaction manually, this is necessary in some cases depending on how secure your account is.

Poloniex Support Team

This response was WITHIN AN HOUR. Is this some automated message or something? I've not received anything since then and I've send a few responses reminding them how important it is that my withdraw requests are approved and that they are quite frankly taking liberties with my money.

A support member has been apparently assigned to my ticket, but so far I haven't received any correspondence and it's starting to bother me.

I've read elsewhere that others have been having withdraw issues, but has anybody successfully made a withdrawal recently? Have your funds been stuck? Are you waiting to hear back from support? Let your voice be heard!
