It's pretty much fallen by the wayside as almost all pools today are now hop-proof.
Tell that to about 1.5Th/s worth of miners hopping slush and at least a few hundred Gh/s hopping deepbit  Wink

100MH/s is about what's expected for that card. You can join any pool you'd like; they all pay out about the same, or at least within a few % of each other. I've used deepbit in the past, and currentlly use ozcoin.

I see you've created a bunch of threads, and they're all concerned about how to get more BTC out of your hardware. We've all been there, but there are only a few things you can do.

1) Optimize your settings. Make sure you're using the right mining software, kernels, flags, etc.
2) Overclock. When done right, this won't hurt your cards at all.
3) Buy new cards. Costs money.
4) Buy FPGA/ASICs. Costs money.
5) Give it time! 0.3BTC/day might not seem like a lot, but in a month, you'll have 10BTC.

i have a 6670 and it give's me 100MH what is the best i can do?

which pool should i join?

it ios exploiting the proportional payout system to get unfairly rewarded (over regular miners)
yes it is profitable or most pools would not have moved to non-exploitable payout methods
unfortunately for hoppers the number of "hoppable" pools is diminishing as miners realise fairer payout systems exist
