Nobody is going to send you stuff at that much a discount, they're both platforms for people with stolen CC's

Um... only because you believe that nobody will do that doesnt mean that youre right. In fact purse.io is doing it since a longer time already and they collected, i believe, 400K USD in seed funds. Check out the support thread on bitcointalk about it. You can get 50% discounts. I did.

Unfortunately they become more and more restrictive. Didnt allow buying of amazon coupons anymore, then stopped external products in wishlists and now a whole country is blocked. I wonder if they fix their things.
You'll probably get the items just fine, but you never know how the item with your name on it is paid for.  Do you think somebody that legitimately earned those cards would give them at half off?  You're giving anonymous currency for something sent to your house...

They stay in business since a longer time now. So it seems to me the problems you see arent happening often. At least i would await users writing about that in the support thread.

And as far as i know purse.io is aggressively advertising the possibility to exchange ones amazon coupons into bitcoins. Im not sure where people get all these coupons from but there are a lot of people who have many of them.

I have only used Purse.io once and I did that to exchange my Amazon.com Gift card balance for BTC. I had only $10 and it was becoming hard to purchase an item for that much amount and have it delivered overseas under that. I received about half value of that in Bitcoin and I was ok with it because I couldn't find anyway to use that AGC balance otherwise.

But maybe there are people who are abusing this service by exchanging stolen gift cards since there is no verification process.

If you really spend $4-6k each year, why not try that Amazon refunding trick everybody was talking about?

They seem to be like amazon4u see link below

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/buy-anything-from-amazon-bestbuy-itunes-with-bitcoin-at-a-15-20-discount-949013

I got an email from them and they appear to sell amazon goods at a solid discount. So are they a competitor to amazon4u?

Mind you I have not tried either service, but I spend 4 to 6k at amazon each year so I have an interest in this.

Yes they do look good Cheesy. I joined them not too long ago as well. Only thing is, I haven't got round to trying them just yet! However I did get an email from them not too long ago that they partnered up with Coinbase, so you can now use your Coinbase account to load your Purse.io account.
