Thanks again everyone!  I'm coming in to the market and like what I see so far.
The best way would be to see if there are any local bitcoin traders that you could strike a deal with long term, I know that there are plenty in my area.

With all respect monbux, question is about transfer between bank and BTC exchange. As an advice, of course, always direct deals are the best, but in many situations there is no way to don't cooperate with sistem. I hope it will not last long ..

As due to several limitation i can't exchange bitcoin directly to my banks as no any banks support my country's bank. But when i need i simply use my bitcoin debit card to cashout from local normal VISA atm machines this is safest, fastest way to withdraw bitcoin to local currency however this is not cheaper.

After bitfinex hack next good option could be coinbase if it supports your country.

It is, I also use Bitcoin Debit Card (from Cryptopay.me). As for now I had no problems with the functioning of cards, or service. When it comes to security, unfortunately I can not comment, I did not check it thoroughly, I'm doing only minor transactions. However, the operation costs are not small. I am waiting until increase competition on the market and they will be forced to reduce the fees.

You will basically get different answers from everybody, but I personally really like trading through Kraken, not sure it's good to use them if you're from the US though.

They've been around for pretty long, so they're pretty trusted.

Forget about paxful!!! This service is full of scammers!

For sure the most sefest wallets/exchanges online is Coinbase.com , for me is fast (this two things are most important for me) , probably is also cheap enough.

i'm totally agree with you , i suffered from paxful please be aware from it > Coinbase FTW

Bitstamp is a more than reliable exchange to do this job. I am using this exchange mas my main exchange for years, so I know what I am talking about. It's somewhat one of the best (if not the best) USD exchanges in the game now Bitfinex has screwed up so bad.

Trading bitcoin or other altcoin demand alot of research and practice, but newbies always jump into trading because inpatient and ignorant. To trade successfully you will need to have a good platform that is trusted and rated by experience traders, and you most understand the technical And fundamental issue around the currency you are trading on.

I think Circle is relatively safe and cheap.   ACH transfers of USD from Circle to a bank are not fast, however.
