Today, there are many stock exchange sites. Binance is the most reliable of these. You can trade in this site easily and safely. You can not make money in bad market conditions.

Does Binance has an app?

I'm checking the options in terms of Russia.

I found several apps but I'm not sure if they are reliable.

I saw that Bittrex added usd exchange but they don't have app as far as I know.

I found Cryptology app. It works in Europe to withdraw in EUR to my bank account which is ok for me. But to have my funds straight to the card.

Not so long ago Ethos released their wallet but there is no fiat.

I now there is Shapeshift which is not working for me too.

Are there more options?

I've no access to Coinbase, so I'm looking for a simple app that will help me to exchange my crypto funds to my card or bank account.

I believe we have so many people there so smb knows the solution and can share it. Thanks!

I think coinbase is not the only option here, you can choose from many other wallets present out there. However you need to know which wallets are functional fully in your country. For example, in my country we had unicorn and zebpay as the best wallets for exchanging the crypto to fiat and withdraw the balance to the local bank accounts. However, as the government declared the war against the crypto currencies this functionality has lost now. But im sure the country where you are, there has to be wallets helping you do the fiat exchanges like this.

why don't you use localbitcoin to exchange your crypto to fiat if you don't have any option to withdraw? I think you are safe to make a deal with the seller from localbitcoin. or maybe you can find for the local exchange that is available for your country because I am sure that if in your country is a concern with cryptocurrency, there will be a local exchange that will their people to withdraw their coins.

This is good option too.

There are other alternatives as well but you are looking for the simplest and possibly safest one, I don't know other than coinbase that fits it.
