Well, I don't know much about how the platform works, and how it behaves within the underlying level but having guidelines to set up the website is pretty much the standard. Skynet does also have the documentation for the developers: https://support.skynetlabs.com/the-technology/developing-on-skynet. If you wanna know which platform suits you the best, then you have to dig deeper into how the system works.
