If you want just bitcoin than electrum is okay and light weight, if you also want to use other coins and tokens HODLER is the only multiwallet i know of that is 100% open source, i use the android version but i know it also has a windows client. It's easy to use and unlike with other wallets with closed source code i don't have security concerns.
