I guess that 5% return on a stable coin is not really that terrible considering if you could find something that is as safe as uniswap. There are other places that you could use, but they do not give the same level of confidence that uniswap gives, I have seen as high as 20% in some places but they looked shady and scammy so I stay away from them.

For example, USDT-BUSD in Pancakeswap has around 7.65% when I check it but that doesn't mean that it will not change neither. Or USDC-BUSD has 8% but these could change in the long run as well and you may not make that much for a whole year, it may drop and give you a lot lower return. I would say sticking with uniswap and pancakeswap is your best chance.

I thought Uniswap has found some solutions to the Ethereum's high transaction fees. You should probably look for platforms now that wraps USDT into their own chain and offer liquidity pools. Search on BSC, Polkadot, and also on Polygon. I think there are also yield farms on Solana.

stablecoins are crypto assets that are pegged to USD. Produce a product that can compete with USD in cold storage and in liquidity. The best non-custodial option for growing StableCoins is to invest in a decentralized blockchain like Ethereum. This blockchain allows developers to create tokens that can be used as utility tokens on their blockchain and traded for cryptocurrencies or other fiat currencies. It is important for StableCoin to be able to use the funds raised to develop and launch a viable platform so that users can transact with each other without having to worry about price volatility.

I kind of not get what you are looking for but i think it's hard to find a non custodial platform where you can provide liquidity is that right?. I also am looking same thing as you.

In last 24 hour, USDC/USDT pool on Uniswap has generated $20k in fees out of $143m total locked value. This is ~5% per annum. I am looking for some better return.

Please note that, I do not wish to risk the principal amount anyway. Return is preferable in StableCoin, instead of some other token.
Kinda hard to find that. But probably I am looking the same method you are also looking since having a safe not risky stablecoin is also a good and safe for conservative traders.

I have some liquidity farm and I must say there is really a big difference when using stablecoins and its lower risk.

You should find a liquidity pool with USDC/USDT that has a farm. I don't know if sushiswap has one but I would look there. I would also look at Ref Finance because the APY is high there. Oh, and Ubeswap should have a stablecoin pool/farm too.

there are various possibilities, tether has a 4.11% return on compound, usdc has a 5.04% return on yearn finance vaults, on pancakeswap the liquidity of the tusd / busd and usdt / busd pairs reach almost 7%

How about...

farming yUSDC on UltraStellar?

OR

providing liquidity on QuickSwap?

OR

farming on dfyn.network?

What about UST on Anchor Protocol?

I have not used it, but have read about it. Looking for feedback from people who have used it.
