I am from SEPA region, so I use bitstamp, reliable service and fees seems reasonable.
I don't think he means selling and buying bitcoin.
I would sugegst using cryptothrift for this.

You can sell here on bitcointalk or you list it on regular places but saying you accept bitcoins.

cryptsy, bittrex, poloniex and c-cex maybe

i prefer bittrex to cryptsy because is faster

cryptsy is good for big volume, if you want to sell high amount of coin

poloniex let you generate many address, this is good for anon

I also think Cryptothrift provides good service as well..
There are also services such as all4btc allowing you to buy things on eBay and Amazon with bitcoin.
