Unfortunately lending site is full of scammer, although this forum have a lending section but the scammer is never stop.
The important thing you need to consider is the collateral from people who want to borrow and research first before make a deal.

There is no good / legit site for bitcoin p2p lending that I'm aware of... unfortunately
The best would be the one that provides security to the lenders but all the sites doesn't provide any such security, the forum lending is a little secure because most lenders don't give away loans without a proper collateral but even that is not without some risk, a collateral is usually some sort of digital goods and it can lose it's value with time and become useless.

This has been asked in here if I am not mistaken.
I am not quite sure what is best but I know a few,
btcjam, loanbase, bitpop and I forgot the other. Anyway, I still prefer the lending services offered im this forum by our fellow users. It's much secure and also can be funded faster. It's not for a long term loan tho.
