For making online purchases or sending money than you can just attach a Vanilla Visa from Amazon to your PayPal account and it will work fine. If you want to be able to receive payments it is not enough to have a VCC because you need to complete identity verification process.
It's not easy to find any legit VCC seller here on the forum and most of what I see from digital goods are newbies and scammer.
Can you check cash.app I use their service last 2017 for verifying my Paypal and they also support Bitcoin so you can deposit how much you want to deposit.
Or try any of these below not VCC but real cards.

Would KYC be a problem? if not, maybe you should give GetSpendl a try. According to its website, it should work with PayPal.Or, you can go with Paysera. It's not a VCC, but it does work. If you're not from Europe, you can use your documents to verify your identity and have it shipped to a reship company/a friend in Europe.
You might find a lot of other services that sell these cards online, but from my experience, most of them are not worth it. You'll just end up having your PayPal account getting locked instead of verifying it.

So, I was looking for buying VCC mainly for PayPal verification. There a many threads and services on the internet regarding VCC but picking the right one is tedious job. So, if you have used any trusted VCC selling service, please let me know.
