Hello everyone, what is the absolute best and safest way to buy. BTC with Paypal? Also which site doesn't ask for documents and gives crazy headaches?

Buying BTC with PayPal is as risky as hell. Not for the buyer of course but for the seller. Reversing a paypal payment is as easy as pie.
I do take PayPal without documents but on a physical delivery basis. If interested contact me. I don't guarantee I'll take your trade but we can discuss it.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/this-thread-is-closed-649248

Alternatively virwox.com may help (around 15% - 20% overall fee)
Or buying CEX.IO voucher on eBay but the fee can easily be outrageous for the full round trade trade.

Cheers.

The safest way and best rate to buy with Paypal is to buy from your mom.

Otherwise I'd just withdraw to bank and buy from local services.

There is no best way to buy with PayPal because the company is god damn shady about all its transactions.

They will tell you on the phone that you are okay to proceed with business and then one day they will confiscate all your funds and throw you into a negative balance.

Company full of crooks. There are better ways to buy Bitcoin.
This is more or less correct. With the fact that PP is so easy to reverse while BTC transactions are not, it is just too easy to get scammed selling with paypal. They are also generally not very friendly with bitcoin related purchases.

I would say just buy them directly on this forum from trusted users and use free trusted escrow like escrow.ms, you can go wrong with that, I would say there is no risk doing It this way. When you have some bitcoins and want to sell them again for $ , let's say if bitcoin is crashing, you can use btc-e, instant deposits and instant BTC withdrawals there.

Virwox works but be prepared to lose approx 12% in value. Better withdraw paypal to bank and find a cheaper service.
This is probably the 2nd "best" way to buy BTC via paypal. IMO the best way would be to become a trusted member of this forum and offer to buy BTC via paypal. If you are not trusted then you will likely not get any kind of response and will likely get negative reped for trying to pull what looks like a scam.

On a similar note it is important to note that it is very easy to reverse paypal transactions so if you are trying to buy BTC via paypal then there is a good chance that you are trying to pull a scam.
I agree. Buying from a very trusted member of this forum is likely the best way to sell bitcoin. It does generally take a lot of trades and a lot of time to get to that level of trust.

It would probably be best for the OP to convert his PP to cash fiat and do a face to face trade on LBC.

One way I see users getting bitcoin using paypal is buying cex.io vouchers on ebay then selling the vouchers for btc and then of course withdrawing the bitcoins.
how many times it takes to convert Paypal into bitcoins . how many times takes cex. io vouchers for selling . is there any community on ebay where we can sell our voucher easily or we have to find some on other social media site who is using ebay ( if it is so it's very difficult to newbie who don't have contact to bitcoin community and ebay users )

Why don't do a Bank Transfer to one of the big exchanges out there?

They will ask you for id verification but should not be a problem

No one will sell you Bitcoin and accept paypal , unless you're paying a big premium, such as Virwox 10%~

You can try http://bitcoin-otc.com/ but they will charge too much money and it's not 100% safe

I am not a big fan of PayPal at all, even the company can let down the users of their services so using their services to buy and sell bitcoins is just asking for trouble in my opinion. PayPal transactions can be easily reversed and some people can even take it to the extreme and report you for not sending goods to get their cash back, leaving you out of pocket altogether. I would seriously stay away from PayPal when buying or selling bitcoins.

Check out forums like hackforums.net, it's easy to buy there.

that is stupid advice.

Why is that stupid advice? There are many forums where it's easy to exchange what you need. Just don't deal with idiots or scammers and you are good.

I'm selling bitcoins in my country, and some guys wanted to buy with Paypal, but i refused, even they offered me 5% more, but it's not safe. The reason is simple, Paypal transactions can be reversed.

That is how everyone looks at it, no one ever looks at the other side of "WILL THEY" everyone here just assumes they will reverse with no real hard facts.

Time is on our side, yes it is!
I've done it myself and I'm waiting to see if I get a charge back.  I won't be surprised if I get funds reversed on my account and I only exchange relatively small amounts of funds so if I get played I won't be devastated.  I have faith I won't be scammed but you just can't be sure these days and I think it is best to avoid these kinds of issues by finding other forms of exchanging your Bitcoin for dollars as many others have suggested in this thread and all over the forum..

Look Mate, with paypal there are just too many scams, I just would not do it and find another way around it.
Just go to an exchange or localbitcoins.

You can buy BTC with Paypal on Virwox, but the fees are high and your starting limits will be pretty low. I don't really recommend it. You could find reputable sellers on LocalBitcoins, but you'd probably pay a hefty premium, even if you have some level of reputation.
I don't think many/any traders on LBC will accept paypal for payment as the long term risk to them is simply too high.

Virwox does work for using paypal to buy bitcoin but the high fees make it so it really doens't make sense. Your best bet would really be to simply withdraw your BTC to your bank account and deal with someone locally.

I don't know where you're looking on LBC, but there's definitely traders who take Paypal. But like I said, the premium is hefty and not worth it. I agree, best to either withdraw to bank account to use cash locally, or to send cash to an exchange.
I am looking right now and I don't even see the option to buy via Paypal, only "other online"

Do you have any links to a few traders that accept paypal that you can see?

Well as unsafe it is I see a lot of people selling for paypal right here on the forum, I don't know why but they usually trade with reputed members or use escrow.  After how many days does a paypal payment can't be reversed?

Only reputable members deal with paypal (or at least reputable member paying out in paypal. You don't actually need high reputation to accept paypal), but I've seen newbs dealing with newbs in paypal, and it usually ends with one of them getting scammed.
The person sending the paypal needs to be reputable in order for the trade to make any kind of sense as they are the one who could potentially reverse the transaction. Even if the paypal sender is reputable, the person sending the bitcoin (receiving the paypal) is taking a huge risk as you really never know what could happen with your counter-party.

★☆★ 777Coin - The Exciting Bitco
Purchasing bitcoin with paypal is always safe for the purchaser...not so much for the person selling to him.  Risk of chargebacks far too high for most people to want to sell BTC for paypal without some sort of significant risk-fee thrown in.  Good luck to you though.

Only reputable members deal with paypal (or at least reputable member paying out in paypal. You don't actually need high reputation to accept paypal), but I've seen newbs dealing with newbs in paypal, and it usually ends with one of them getting scammed.

Also escrow won't do much for a paypal transaction. It can still be reversed with or without escrow. Paypal's term is 45 days for their official system, but if they're about to lose money, they will extend it much longer. If payed with credit card through paypal, it can be even longer than 6 months, depending on how the scammer works it out with the fraud department.

But let's say someone is dealing with paypal to buy/sell bitcoins, after how many days of receiving payment through paypal one can be sure that it cannot be reversed?

And OP, try this : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=670349.0;topicseen

Since you're buying, I don't see any problems for you in trying any service, if you don't get your coins you can always ask for chargeback.

Safe for you, but risky for the seller. With your reputation, you won't find anyone here that will accept paypal payment from you. There are no sites that directly accept paypal for btc. Either find another payment method, or gain a lot more trust.

I'm not certain there is a safe way to SELL bitcoin with paypal. That's why it's hard to purchase it with paypal. Sellers have gotten screwed out of their rightful payment and their bitcoin by paypal's policies on disputes (which always seem to favor the buyer in bitcoin transactions).

Basically selling btc with paypal = lose your coins & never get paid. I'm not saying you're a scammer, but so many have been burned that it's a significant risk to the seller. If you did a successful transaction on paypal involving btc, consider yourself lucky.

Buy local, in person, with cash & buy the seller a beer. =)
