You have got lots of choice for this manually. You could try with few exchange websites and pick the one which gives the bitcoin for low price.
As far as I know there is not a fully automatic way to do this yet.
What you could do is set an automated wire transfer to the exchange of your choice and then manually put the order every month.
Most (all?) exchanges I know don't allow you to put orders at a specific date without holding the funds in your account.

I decided to take 25€ of my monthly salary to convert it into Bitcoin. Could you recommend me a way what is perfect for this indend?
For example, I created a shares portfolio at my bank where 25€ are taken from my bank account every month to buy ETF shares. This works fully automatical. Is there existing a similar easy way for Bitcoin?
