if bitcoin is used as a transaction in my country, the development will accelerate, but competing against crypto is very contradictory to the government even though crypto users in my country are very numerous because they love crypto and its uses.

I try to take all my payments in form of crypto and I am 90% successful on that. but sadly, I can only spend crypto if only the seller/provider is accepting crypto. Also, I try to use my TenX card to pay my bills.

First of all we need to find the people who can accepts cryptos as payment method for their products,it is the hard thing for now to do because the volatility of the cryptos make the people to get cryptos instead of cash. But we can start encourage crypto payments if we have any business on your own and also you can make visible that crypto currencies were accepted here.

You can employ the aid of exchanges once you have bitcoins? But even then, exchanges would still ask for KYC documents that is asked by banks as well, so I don't see the point of living off of bitcoin alone unless the economy is sound and your primary needs can be paid with bitcoin. Let's face it, no one can really be unbanked fully since people would still need banks one way or another. Perhaps in the future when bitcoin and crypto is widespread, one canive with bitcoin alone and won't need the banks for financial services and security whatsoever.

Unfortunately I have not gotten any such experience where I am using my crypto currencies in the real world. Only for buying and selling of cash and vice versa but not for the real things, like purchasing the products and services with it. I have never came across any such service within my country which is freely accepting the crypto currency just like that.

However, I do regularly use the crypto currency for the usual trading, gambling and lending stuff. Because that is the only option which has left out for me after the crypto currency curfew in my country. Lol. Sadly nothing to say. But hope that government will change many things in the near future as they go on exploring the regulated environment for the same.

You should trying getting a debit card that let's you exchange your bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies at a great rate and so you'll be able to practically make your payments with crypto at every merchant that accepts a VISA/MasterCard. Try using Wirex for example. Wink
for the time being it may not be able to be done in my country because the government prohibits direct transactions using crypto currencies and crypto currencies not yet fully inaugurated as the applicable currency

every day that happens more businesses accept bitcoin and also electronically and online shopping in my country I exchange it for my local currency if no problem and there are food payments and more rentals and in all countries there are ways to change it safely and fast since there are well-mounted platforms in all countries and now there are bitcoin ATMs around the world we do not need banks because in our bitcoin portfolio we can have all the money and take it to any country in a simple code without limiting our money just a few numbers and we do not have to be in a specific bank this system is decentralized so we do not depend on governments or banks or institutions

I used to use a service similar to Wirex but I have to say it's quite difficult to rely on as after a while VISA and MasterCard shuts down their network once they find they are using crypto. Its a good idea, just not bulletproof.

You're not unbanking yourself as long you are using a 3rd party to process a payment. Unbanking means not to use a bank account, Visa/Mastercard/Discover/Amex, Paypal, etc.
The current state of crypto doesn't make it possible to be 100% unbanked because soon or later your funds will need to hit 1) your bank account 2) the 3rd party as I mentioned

As I know for now it's impossible to pay bills using Bitcoin. In order to do that you still have to convert it in something that receiver accept.
There are some services that accept Bitcoin and it's very convenient. I think more and more services like that will appear and we shouldn't think about any conversions anymore.

self improvement
lesson one
bitcoin is not a person. it is code. it has no voice, no arms no legs.

do not wait for bitcoin to provide you with shops that offer food for btc.
if YOU want YOUR local store to sell food for btc, then YOU have to help convince YOUR store to accept btc

bitcoin cannot phone YOUR local store, arrange an appointment, get on a plane to YOUR town and talk to YOUR local stores manager. its something YOU are going to have to be involved in.

here are some tips.
1. organise a local meetup of like minded bitcoiners in your area. the more that turn up the better as it shows there is a demand for wanting local stores to sell things for btc.
2. find the confident ones that can talk about the benefits of bitcoin.
3. organise or research how that store can swap its BTC back to fiat or pay staff/suppliers in BTC. this might be as simple as one of the meetup members who wants to buy btc often just buy it off the store manager hand to hand. or just learning how to sign a store up to a payment/merchant service like bitpay/coinbase.

then approach the store with the advantages, including demoing how easy it makes things

once you can buy food, pay rent buy car fuel in your area. then you can de-bank yourself.
if not then your still reliant on bank money at some point. and just using btc for investing meaning your always going to be looking to exit BTC at the right price to run back to fiat Sad

You must understand that cryptocurrency has similarities with banks, crypto works like banks just that it takes the control away from the banks,by taking the ledger away from one person(centralised) and shifting it to a blockchain that is verified by everyone(decentralised)
Wallets are crypto banks while wallet addresses are what bank account numbers are to the centralized system
So before an exchange of cryptocurrency can occur, the sender must be privy to your wallet address, just as one cannot send money to you without your bank account number
It's an easier, faster, safer, more convenient means though

In today's conditions, cryptocurrencies cannot bring bank operations in full. Conditions are not appropriate. However, the new ICOs are promising in this regard. I think we won't need a bank soon with some projects.

That's true. The infrastructures are still being built but I guess we are closer than ever. The main hurdle I think is the distribution network for accessibility between cash/crypto. I wonder how many are using crypto to pay, and not hodl.

The use of cryptocurrency for payment wouldn't be possible if the receiver does not have a wallet address too because it is where the coins will arrive as payment. So whether rent, bills, utilities etc, an address must be sent to the sender to transfer just like a bank account too.

The wallet address in cryptocurrency is synonymous to a bank account that appears in figures but cryptos are encrypt.
