Well sounds like your looking for something like a wireless hotspot that has unlimited data. (The best would be just get a standard isp but if you can't).

In the US you can get this: http://www.t-mobile.com/cell-phone-plans/mobile-internet.html

It is 20$ a month for unlimited internet but only 1gb of high speed the rest will be slower (2g-3g) but it should be enough for mining.

Since you didn't specify where country you are from, then just find ISP with unlimited usage.

I don't think you'd be using 30GB of data per month, and as LeMiner said it would be good to know the country and province/state you're located in. At least, I don't think you'd use 30GB of data per month with ~5 miners running. Probably closer to 10GB or so if my estimating is accurate.
