It depends on your electricity, if you live in Venezuela ,China or India even the oldest one the S5 Antminer which you can get for very cheap second hand through ebay can be profitable for you because of your low electricity payment.

Before anyone could give you an accurate answer, you must indicate the electricity rate that you'll be paying since based on it, even the latest efficient miners might not be profitable for you.
Where you plan to host it? What's your budget range?

Take note: You need to consider a PSU as well...

By cheapest miner, I mean what is the cheapest profitable miner available. I do not have money for the newest, most expensive miners, so I would like to know what is the minimum amount of money I can spend for a profitable miner ( if you can, include a link from some e-shop or something).
