I want to use my gaming computer to mine a little between games

Graphics card ASUS MATRIX PLATINUM-HD7970-P-3GD5 GHz Edition
Cpu Intel Core i7-3770k
SSD 240GB Kingston HyperX 3K
RAM Kingston HyperX 1600 16GB DDR3 memory
I really suck at following super long instructions. And i don't want to mine any coin with over 2% premine and i would rather no premine. I also realize Im not going to make much more than the electricity if at all so maybe there is some smaller coin that i can try solomine and play lottery?
