I think I figured one out. For anyone else who might have the same questions. It's called "the incognito" wallet. the fees to swap coins for XMR seem pretty low.

Personally, i didn't made a swap using my wallet as i always use official clients without addons. Usually, wallets with swap features are centralized apps partnered with a centralized exchange to perform the swap.
I can understand your doubts about using exchanges. But did you try decentralized exchanges or fast swap services that don't require registration and can help swap small amounts for daily use. Check out this list: [Instant exchanges

The Exodus wallet for example, has a simple "swap" feature that you can swap stuff for XMR. But the fees are high. Are there any other wallets that have this function? It of course only works if you have a VPN turned on to set you outside of the USA. There are exchanges, but it's a cluster to set up accounts, and I dont want to risk getting locked out if they suspect I have a VPN on and am actually from the USA. So are there any specifically wallets that have this function other than Exodus, but also, are a lot cheaper in fees?
