Without having done enough clever brainstorming, I'd say that you are "stuck" with Amazon gift cards. I'll be adding other gift cards, and later, other forms of money to cash out with.

Depends on where you are located and how much bitcoin you are trying to cash out.

Note it is after 5PM EST bank cutoff for same day wires but anything sold now would be "spendable" tomorrow.
