The fastest way it to sell to someone you know. The slower way will be selling here if you can find a buyer but you must low your price.

Go for purse.io if you are looking for bitcoin , or else you can go for raise.com, cashvouchers.net but these sites may take some time to get sold.
There is a fast way to sell them, its the reason why this forum and localbitcoin dont wanna share this method cause they wanna buy way below face value, you get 85 to 90 percent for them. PM and I will share how.
Will suggest Purse.io as well. However I think on selling it there you have to sell it at around a 25% discount. So selling it on the forum might get you around 80-85% , which will be a better deal. But Purse.io is definitely the fastest way.

Depends on the legitimacy of the card and how much of a discount you are offering. If it is a physical card and you have the receipt and you are willing to ship the card, I think you can sell it easily at 10 - 15% off.
if you want to selle those for bitcoin, than localbitcoin is the best for this kind of deal, there is also purse, but it's not for european so i don't know how efficient and reliable they are
