The influence of Bitcoin keeps increasing all over the world and in the nearest future it's going to be a means to transact. In Nigeria currently there are hotels that accept payments in Bitcoin and also some car stands that accept Bitcoin payment. I'm a surprised that in a country where the government takes steps to shut down the use of every form of crypto currency transaction, those that are new to the system are seeing the bullish movement of the market and hoping to sell when it dips is a risky gamble, Bitcoin has captivated a lot of Nigerians

The way this government is making a lot of effort in making tasks compulsory in almost all aspect, I think the government will soon look for way to legalize Bitcoin and cryptocurrency so that they will impose task on crypto users whenever they run any transaction.

However, if the cryptocurrency is legalize, it will be ok, but the task on transactions will make it look like the government is looking for ways to get money from the hustling cryptocurrency users, that is why I personally prefer the way the crypto activities is going on now since the government didn’t ban its use and they didn’t support it at the same time.

Not fully against and not fully in support has been favoring us for long now, but we can't really tell how long considering how the economics and financial crimes commission, and the police has been handling matters. If only a rigid law can be passed across for once. And I think you're are right. From the way the government are literally hitting task on almost everything, their stance on crypto might change soon. I have began to here some speculations about the government demanding N50 on every transaction above N10K. I haven't confirmed it, but if this is true, then it shows how desperate they are in tasking everything taskable in the country.

Bitcoin is dominating and taking over , it's no longer business as usual in Nigeria. There are companies that accept Bitcoin transactions, despite the effort of the government to stop the use of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in Nigeria the influence only increases on a daily basis. In the nearest future Bitcoin would be accepted by the government and people would be able to transact with it freely without any fear of restrictions. Crypto currency is the future and I don't think it can be stopped, all you have to do is take advantage of it while you can.

Bitcoin would've been booming in the country currently if not for the export of the government that's hindering many people to go into it, currently people are even scared of mentioning that they're Bitcoiners or Bitcoin enthusiasts due to the fear of relating it with scam activities, I've seen a situation where armed force officials held a young guy just because they saw an exchange on his phone, situations like that have caused Bitcoin not to be widely spread to the majority. However Nigerian's are secretly full time into the Crypto space and this year lots of people are beginning to embrace Bitcoin and learn more about it despite challenges from the government and I believe that with time or when a new government that knows the Benefits of Cryptocurrency and supports Bitcoin would emerge I believe that Bitcoin would boom in Nigeria just like it's about to happen in the United States as Trump won, there's a future for Bitcoin in our Country and with time it would manifest.

Bitcoin is no longer a potential crypto currency that would be used in Nigeria it's actually the future... Few months ago the Nigerian government put some laws in place to try to ban the use of crypto in the country but more people actively got themselves involved in it..some companies in  Nigeria transact with Bitcoin and in a few years from now I think it's going to be normalized. A lot of people that didn't invest in it few years ago are now regretting especially after seeing the massive pump this year, a lot of Nigerians are waiting for the dip so they can buy and hodl.

I don't know if Nigerian government don't want everyone to be okay, in the terms of financial.
The government want us to channel our hustling which dey can't provide jobs opportunities to everyone in Nigerian but Bitcoin nd cryptocurrency has made everything easy for Nigerian to make investment and aim money without waiting for the government....
Here in Nigeria, the leaders and government want the citizens to be poorer because they believe that the poorer the people are, the easier they are for them to manipulate. You can see the various dramas that they display during election campaigns including frying akara, eating with beggars and even sleeping in the bed of the sick. All these are ways they mock the poverty of the people, same poverty they create because they know that if the people are rich, those things will not sell.

This is the reason the government will hardly allow Bitcoin to thrive freely. More so, they see it as a threat to the conventional banking system that they are using to control the people because most of the politicians have stakes at the banks. Nevertheless, no matter how they try to stop Bitcoin, Bitcoin will continue to grow and spread in the country and more people will continue to embrace and invest in it.

Good day to my fellow members.
Did you ever wonder what the future of bitcoin will be in Nigeria?
The future of bitcoin in Nigeria will  just be fine, just that the  leaders we have currently are "anti bitcoin". if we have a good leadership with a good vision of the economy then we can think of bitcoin to be good here. we need a system like that of El Salvador president, then we can hope for a massive growth of bitcoin adoption.
No mate, the leaders you've are not anti-Bitcoin. They don't want you to invest freely in Bitcoin since you'll be free from their entanglements in all sorts and control your money instead of subjecting it to them. Their principle of effective ruling is by keeping the masses hungry, deprived and vulnerable and if you're into Bitcoin successfully, that aim is defeated and you'll possibly not be needing them for anything, just like me now. I don't really have any much business with government parastatals apart from occasional contracts which they still benefit plenty times more than me in the process.

Most of our leaders have good investments in Bitcoin and hide most stolen monies there away from financial track record history.  Our survival is in our hands and well as our future, so we need to embrace Bitcoin to ensure that we have freedom in our finances and a step above government restrictions

The future of bitcoin will be brighter in Nigeria, if the government can make it legal tender all over the country because there are many people over there in the country waiting for government to declare bitcoin legal tender, before they can introduce it to their business and they will make a lot of income from bitcoiners in the country, One of the future of bitcoin, It will reduce the hardship from Nigerian if the government can allow the youths to involve or include bitcoin in their businesses because people will no longer using fiat money on the time to buy goods in the country than to use bitcoin to buy goods, and the transaction of bitcoin don't use to take time like fiat money network use to disturb during the process of the transaction, and it will be difficult for you to experience such network failure in bitcoin transaction which is among the future of bitcoin.

The future of bitcoin will be bright even without the Nigerian government's involvement. I don't even want the government to get involved because doing so will only make investing in bitcoin less enjoyable. Even if they make it legal tender, only a small number of people—big businesses and even hotels—will still accept it as payment. It will also be beneficial globally because, if you travel to another country, you won't even have to start looking for where to find the exact currency you can just end up spending bitcoin for things that have been made simple.

Many people have been empowered by bitcoin, and even when they were unable to find employment, they were seriously depending on it for their livelihood. There is a lot more money in bitcoin than even in some jobs, and what bitcoin will give you as a serious investor will be very different from what jobs will give you. For this reason, people are concentrating more on investing in Nigeria, where many people are interested but may lack the funds, and the government that is meant to support them is unconcerned.

The Nigerian government no dey friendly to bitcoin or crypto, but dem no stop the use of crypto in Nigeria, cryptocurrency dey legal for Nigeria, just that government no wan make banks dey process crypto transactions for Nigerians. I don't think our government go ban crypto, dem dey find way to chop money from am through tax, make we dey see as things progress, but crypto go continue to dey grow for Naija.

People are now getting interested in buying and hodling Bitcoin especially in this bull run season. The future of Bitcoin in Nigeria is going to be absolutely phenomenal, more people are planning to buy when it dips, I think it's going to be a massive engagement from next year. Bitcoin is the future and it's going to make a lot of people financially free in few years time, ensure you are part of it too.

In times to come, I believe Bitcoin will be more popular than the way it's currently in the country. One thing that you can also look at to see that Bitcoin has a great feature in the country is that even with it not being directly banned and directly legal, there is still mass adoption and participation in it.
The average Nigerian is tired of depending on the government for solution to immediate problems, hence their looking for other ways to be free from the government and make a living independently and crypto offers them such leverage. Banking system has failed us, recently GTB transfers takes time to reflect, even after being successful at the sending bank's end. I personally don't think I can save money in the bank again, apart from emergency fiat backup funds which is limited in amount. I love the independence and flexibility that crypto is giving me.

While we are all complaining about the economy of the country, i think there are also a lot of people that are making it huge, not involving the new quick money routes the youth are taking, there are many more legit ways in which money is being earned and from such means we can agree that Bitcoin future is going to be save and more people will definitely get involved.
That is more reason these people making it big should know more about bitcoin.  Make it big in Naira,  invest and secure your finances in bitcoin... That sounds good, doesn't it?

One funny thing is that these people who are in the government and kicking against bitcoin all have investment in it and they know very well about its potentials and how it could mean well for the country, but they are afraid of losing control of the masses and their finances, hence they act as though they are against it, but even their tactics have failed because more people are becoming aware of it and in the near future bitcoin investment in the country would be so rampant that even more banks would fold up because of lack of investor funds.

As d matta stand now, no shaking for Bitcoin and its future in Nigeria. D time wey we dey panic don pass. Reason wey make me yarn dat way be sey even though dis bulaba govment dey restrict awa parole for dis matta, dem go soon fall in place. Awa govment na copy copy from western countries and as many of those countries don begin openly embrace Bitcoin, dis govment go join dem. Make una nor fear anything. Just keep accumulating usecase coins and tokens. Next year go dey explosive for d industry.

Nigeria na country way be say eh, you no just know the side way them Dey when we Dey yarn crypto matter. You fit Dey do your thing on low key, using all the right means but these people fit still con follow you up say, you Dey trade in exchange way no Dey recognized for the country and just like that, them don label you money laundering charge say, you Dey aid people in the process.

All that one na via say, them never see how to use chop for inside. Na regulation Dey always be the issue here. If FG fit collect tax on all transactions for a particular exchange and get there compliance for details on matter way interest them, you go find a very crypto friendly Nigeria. Na just the problem way I Dey see be that but, cryptocurrency no Dey go anywhere, it’s here to stay.

Good day to my fellow members.
Did you ever wonder what the future of bitcoin will be in Nigeria? It has been in my head for a long period of time now, which made me start thinking about the future of bitcoin. Due to the current situation of our country, a lot of graduates are out there without jobs and noting doing which all of them are focusing on other alternatives that will provide them with enough money to sustain a living. Many of them have embarked on learning about things like cryptocurrency, dropshipping, real estate, farming, and various businesses. So this is one of the reasons that made me start thinking if the future of bitcoin in Nigeria will be good or not.
I will like us to share our thoughts that we have about the future of bitcoin in Nigeria.
Off course the future of crypto currency especially Bitcoin is bright and has a great potential with with because the Nigeria that we find our self today it is like the theory about survival of the fittest that we where taught in school because everyone is looking for a way out of the current situation of things but things are getting worst by the day that is why allot of Young people have taken different jobs just to make a living. Crypto currency like Bitcoin is one area that people have taped into due to the potential it holds as it is always appreciating so allot of Young Nigerian especially the graduates who are faced with the harsh reality of things in society that certificate is not enough for you in Nigeria. That's the more reason why many young Nigerian has keyed in to Bitcoin related investment and with the way things are now there's allot happening now in the net so there's allot of awareness being created so in the future Bitcoin is going to be a house hold name in the country because everyone is going to identify with Bitcoin trading

The future of Bitcoin in Nigeria has been wasking stronger as youths that are graduates and innovative are in a way or the other exploring the cryptocurrency market, either they are trading or they are Holding their investment for profit making. The Buhari administration tried to place some restrictions on cryptocurrency activities at first, but the youths where not deterred, as they keep on enjoying the decentralized system Bitcoin has given them, which made Buhari's restrictions a mere child's play. As we speak today, a good number of the Nigerian population are heavily into crypto activities, which for me it looks like a bright future ahead.

In future the Bitcoin will be come becomes so great full for Nigerian especially for the youths that are living in the country without any single jobs for them to do, and that’s why if we observe most youths now all are busy leaning about the online stuff so that they can’t left behind when others are enjoy earning through cryptocurrency. Because with the current situation of this our country of the youth didn’t find alternatives for themselves in future it will be regret for them in future.

Those that embark them on learning about the cryptocurrency’s I didn’t blame them anymore, because this right time for everyone to find any other alternative for themselves before things will be more roughly; the most painful things is that the way people are graduate every blessings years and there’s not jobs for them. I think it will be more better for us to involve ourselves in such things like learning about Bitcoin so that when it has become great in future we can actually enjoy.

We have noticed a lot of discussions about Bitcoin in Nigeria recently. Nigeria is an underdeveloped country and at present people are associating themselves with various projects for development. Bitcoin is slowly gaining favor in Nigeria I think Bitcoin will make a big splash among Nigerians in a few days. I think the problem of unemployment is a central point not only in Nigeria but in all underdeveloped countries in the world. This unemployment problem is creating various types of anarchy in the country as well as continuing the life struggle to create their own employment.

Although the Nigerian government has not taken any action on Bitcoin investment, the people of the country are constantly managing themselves in Bitcoin investment by adopting various strategies and trying to hold on to Bitcoin.

Well the only thing I believe is slowing down the prominence and dominance of Bitcoin is the government policies that is prohibiting the usage of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency in Nigeria, now even with all of that, Nigeria still stands as one of the highest users of Bitcoin aswell as traders in Africa, this is to tell you that Bitcoin indeed has got a very promising future in Nigeria except from the hitches around government policies which I believe too that with time Nigerians will get over them.

Basically I'm of the opinion that in Nigeria Bitcoin has got a future and it's only with a matter of time and it will manifest so well that for the early bird's they will be glad they did, away from Nigeria looking at the bigger picture, Bitcoin has gotten a really bright future anyone would want to join in considering it's continued adoption by various countries and top organizations.

Buddy to be honest with you the future of Bitcoin in Nigeria is extremely bright, Nigerians has started thinking outside the box, if you look at the way things are going, very soon people may not be seeking for employment that much again because even though an individual doesn't want to be much involved in Bitcoin, there are other places where people can build their career, the real estate you mentioned, software engineering and so on but the major thing is what we really want as individuals, Bitcoin has come to stay, Nigerians has embraced Bitcoin more since the government decides to frustrate it here by blocking some exchange companies operating p2p from functioning in Nigeria, this particular action of the nigeria government has made some uninterested individuals to begin to think otherwise to know what Bitcoin is all about, as its stand now If you make your research, you will understand that Nigerians are very much into bitcoin presently than before  though mainly they rich and some other persons that understands the potentials of Bitcoin.

The reason why many Nigerians are now into Bitcoin is because our currency has been made to be a subject of ridicule so why will someome keep a tissue paper like currency in the bank lying low without generating any interest while the same amount would have been used to buy Bitcoin and hodl for a long-term in other to get profit in the future.

In as much as Bitcoin is decentralized and may not directly affect our economy, it'll still help us in many ways, such as; impact on our mentality. Excuse me but, if we had the right monetary/ economic mentality in this country, then I doubt we'll be in such a downturn. Even though it's a mentality for our personal finance, if at least 45% had the right knowledge about finance, it'll help our country in diverse ways. A shift in mentality is probably the most important thing we need now in the country, and Bitcoin is helping in that area. People who don't believe in savings and investment, now invest in Bitcoin and hodl it.

From the shift in mentality and acquisition of valuable knowledge, we can have other effects like, more people who want to be in the manufacturing sector of the country, more people who want to go into politics, more people who want to help the agricultural sector of the country. Then comes industrialization, and other nice things which we hope for. So Bitcoin, if utilized properly in our country would help us build a good future for ourselves and our country.

The future is buy and hold, it's as simple as that. If it's adoption, forget that for now unless we have another government that want to have something to do with cryptocurrency. This particular government thinks that crypto is the reason why their currency is dying after they have subsidies for years, they think crypto is the real problem and as long as the government doesn't like Bitcoin, there is no future of it Nigerian.

Individually, if people are ready to buy and are willing to hold, they will benefit from it because Bitcoin isn't something that shows on your face that any one can use to threaten you. Buy from exchange, withdraw to your personal wallet and don't keep it on your phone. There is no.clear stand of Bitcoin in Nigeria but I will advice you don't show popo that you have Bitcoin because you of your own safety, popo can harass you for having Bitcoin or even extort you.

Bitcoin future in Nigeria is going to be great and it has already started because if you look at countries that involved in cryptocurrency Now if Nigeria is not number 1 it will be number 2, Nigeria has become a country where the youth are interested in Learning cryptocurrency than jobs because they always see job as a stress, having a good job in Nigeria that will give you enough money to be able to feed yourself and your family is not easy but cryptocurrency will give you enough money when you are serious in it.

If you look at our government action towards bitcoin or cryptocurrency you will see that they have notice that there is a lot of money in crypto and the youths prefer crypto and investing in bitcoin than even government work that is why they are jealous about it, I don't see anyone who is a graduate stressing and be complaining like before that he or she don't have work and the government did not give work, everybody has understand how life's is going and they learn how to succeed in life without government, Bitcoin in Nigeria will be a surprise thing to us one day because it has been a life savings for many people.

E dey every obvious say the future of Bitcoin will be very great in Nigeria. If you look at the previous years we Nigerians no dey used to cryptocurrency but as time goes on everybody don dey know it value for this country. Anyway that will generate money for the Nigeria youths just believe that it will be great in the future, the way our economy are getting bad, you think say if weren't for the help of cryptocurrency no be waiting we dey talk our eyes will be seeing at this point. Every Nigeria youths you see will talk about cryptocurrency, both the illiterate and the educated person because our mind don dey with the way we are suffering, everyone has believe say cryptocurrency is the way to survive.

If you look at the youth of this country now, many of them want to learn bitcoin trading so that they can be able to meet up their needs, which means many Nigerians are already familiar with bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

The youth of this country have already familiar with cryptocurrency well well, ones that are not investing in Bitcoin are mining other coins, is because of cryptocurrency most of our youths are making money through all the telegram mining. Last year we don't have such like mining on telegram and make real money but things are different this year, that's why we believe that the future of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies will continue to look amazing in our country.

Currently over 70% of young people in Nigeria are into cryptocurrency and possession of digital assets, although other age grades in Nigeria have also adopted crypto. The high rate of employment, inflation coupled with the depreciation of the Nigerian currency has caused many young people to involve in cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin. Even those involved in white collar jobs has also adopted the use of cryptocurrencies. If there can be policies that would improve crypto exchanges then there will be a guaranteed future for Bitcoin in Nigeria.
The truth is, a lot of people are looking for multiple streams of income and having heard of cryptocurrency and Bitcoin trading, they're getting involved. Even if they don't adopt it fully at first, they're allocating like 20% time of their time to learn about it, believing they'll profit from it eventually.

Cryptocurrency has a good stand in Nigeria, as long as the government doesn't put policies that restrict it. I mean, we know Binance doesn't operate freely in Nigeria, and some P2P exchanges have limitations, but we're still pushing forward. We're finding ways to utilize cryptocurrency to our benefit.

As long as the market is stable and crypto keeps growing, Nigerians can tap into it for their own benefit, we can make use of it to our advantage.

Nigeria is one of the developing countries in the world so i believe that bitcoin will surely have a promising future in the country despite some controversy that the government tried to scare people away from dealing with bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general. The reason why it looks like Nigerians haven't been upfront about anything related to cryptocurrency is because there are few or no pro bitcoin activists in the country who can speak or stand for people who are into cryptocurrency or rather crypto enthusiasts. That notwithstanding, if bitcoins gain full adoption i believe the government will be left with no option than to follow suit and allow crypto enthusiasts operate freely without restrictions.

Nigeria is already ranked the number 2 on the world cryptocurrency adoption record as of 2024; this already shows how serious we take crypto currency here in the country.

Ranked no. 2? haven't heard of that before but i will appreciate if you back up your claims with proofs because i know that a lot of Nigerians are into cryptocurrency but being ranked no. 2 in the world is what am yet to believe

Currently over 70% of young people in Nigeria are into cryptocurrency and possession of digital assets, although other age grades in Nigeria have also adopted crypto.

How did you come up with these statistics?

The future of bitcoin in Nigeria is very bright. And if anyone like to invest let him or her should start now by using the DCA method to buy every week. Bitcoin will change many lives in Nigeria. Mostly those who are investing now. Time is coming that the leaders will also support bitcoin. And bitcoin will be use in election than dollar and naira.

And by then the adoption will be high. Blockchain technology education will be given to the youths through seminars in youths empowerment programms.

Before we talked about the future of Bitcoin in Nigeria, we go first of all, look for its adoption in the country. As our country d so, we all know sae Bitcoin is not welcomed by our present government. We have seen how they are up against the crypto exchanges, accusing them of naira devaluing to dollar. Despite all these kasala from our government, Bitcoin keeps soaring and the future already looks great because the way Nigeria citizens has been utilize it to their advantage, to be financially free, as a side hustle, store of value and as another means of payment, you no need peso to tell you sae how the future looks with Bitcoin.

E be like say you never understand say anything wey Nigerians don fit dey do constantly and e dey legit, dey fit bring moni and fit reduce cost, say e no get the kind noise government wan make, Dem go still find way to do am.

See how much the local board section in this forum is growing to expansion and how much exchanges and fintech banks and online merchants are being innovative to meet the rising demand of Bitcoin and some major crypto currency in use.

The government would like to control the exchanges because all they care about is where the money is, not the innovations nor the technology nor the developmental benefits it would bring to the society.
Well, many of us don't really depend on the government for our livelihood as individuals and both  those who have or don't have jobs and have found a solution in trading to put money in their pockets are more than those who have legit jobs only or not at all.
So majority wins the vote when it comes to the future of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies use in the country, the government just says what it wants because they can officially, but na money be koko.

While we are all complaining about the economy of the country, i think there are also a lot of people that are making it huge, not involving the new quick money routes the youth are taking, there are many more legit ways in which money is being earned and from such means we can agree that Bitcoin future is going to be save and more people will definitely get involved.

The favorite thing about the country is that young ones are growing and not fully dependent on educational certification like back then when it mattered the most, now the youths are really embracing the digital era, following the recent digital schemes which Bitcoin is having it's participation, more people will be joining the community as time passes.

People are complaining about the economy because everything is expensive in the country right now, but there is a way that some people are not feeling the pressure that others are because they have something large that is bringing them enough money to spend and buy whatever they want. No one who graduates from school considers working for the government since it will be difficult to find work because there are many individuals who have gone before you and there is still no work for them, unless you have a long leg that will help you do it. If it wasn't for all the online businesses and investments that people are making, I don't think we'd be where we are today. Bitcoin is a better opportunity for us since it supports us when the price rises, which I am sure will be difficult for those in this community who do not invest in bitcoin. Expect is still unfamiliar with bitcoin or is a newcomer who wants to learn more before investing in it. Adrop has encouraged people in Nigeria to focus on cryptocurrency and exchange it for better funds. Cashouts have led to questions about how it works and a growing interest in it.

Good day to my fellow members.
Did you ever wonder what the future of bitcoin will be in Nigeria?
The future of bitcoin in Nigeria will  just be fine, just that the  leaders we have currently are "anti bitcoin". if we have a good leadership with a good vision of the economy then we can think of bitcoin to be good here. we need a system like that of El Salvador president, then we can hope for a massive growth of bitcoin adoption. even if such leader does not go to the extent of El Salvador level. But nevertheless we are still doing great despite the government stubbornness. The highest thing they can do is to add tax to CeX enchages just like they did currently in bitget.

On a norms each individual should have been able to learn a skill to suatin themselves, which should be done before venturing into higher institutions. The problem we have is that we hope too much on government work and thinks that after graduating from school everything will be easy due to our programed mental reasoning or mindset, and we get disappointed and blame government for everything. Yes government is bad, but if you are independent with you skill, you wouldn't bother yourself about government and their manipulation. Although it is affecting everyone but as people are complaining some people are building houses. and guess what those people are not making money from government.

And one thing is that anybody learning cryptocurrency is not learning hand work because bitcoin investment don't bring passive income rather a place to invest the money you work out from you skill. Those who even trade bitcoin can not bost of a passive income due to its volatile nature. So note that anyone leaning about bitcoin is not learning to make passive income but leaning an investment strategy for the future.

I will like us to share our thoughts that we have about the future of bitcoin in Nigeria.
Use this forum as an example because we see on this forum that our numbers are increasing, which also can indicate that the number of Nigerians getting exposed to something called Bitcoin is increasing daily. Nigeria has always been one of the countries with a high rank in the global adoption index for bitcoin, and regardless of governments efforts to suffocate the growth, bitcoin has strived. It is a show that the future of bitcoins in the country is indeed very promising.

We have been hoping that Nigeria will be a cryptocurrency hub country but with the way the country’s economy is, they will not want to settle for anything like that now. The economy of the country is so bad that if youths settle for cryptocurrency and government helps in enhancing and give them that access to utilize this opportunity well, they will embrace and help reduce unemployment in the country. This does not mean Nigeria will never accept anything that has to do with cryptocurrency, but they’ll follow in the footsteps of other big nations that have embraced and utilizing the opportunity for the betterment of the country. I know things will change for the better in the future but for now, cryptocurrency is not yet saturated to the point that the Nigerian government will be able to adopt and implement it.

Knew we were doing so well in bitcoin before but since Buhari started his attack on bitcoin followed by Tinubu crackdown too, I was thinking many people would have left the space resulting in sharp decline in bitcoin adoption. Anyways, it is good to know that the attack of government on bitcoin and cryptocurrency platforms did not affect the adoption of bitcoin in Nigeria that much.
The government has been against bitcoin indirectly, but when you publicly confront them, like the last CBN governor said, they never banned bitcoin from the country; they only asked financial institutions to stop providing services for such.

Until it's illegal Nigerians are still fully involved in it, and even if it's illegal, you know how our country operates. We are stubborn, and we do what we know will be beneficial to us since the government is not really helping.

Then again, if you look very well, you will also notice yourself. They even know the Buhari regime. Bitcoin was not a total band trader; we were just being attacked, but we have publicly operating exchanges and crypto service providers that are licensed by the same government, like Patricia, etc.

People should consider investing in bitcoin and holding for the long term.

Due to a good perspective, bitcoin has a bright future in Nigeria, but due to some consideration, like from the government side, I think we might have a setback of cryptocurrency because a lot of people are really trying to gain knowledge about cryptocurrency, but without a good adoption from the government, noting will go that far, and some people still go to the wrong way to obtain their knowledge, and it will also affect them in the future.

I will like us to share our thoughts that we have about the future of bitcoin in Nigeria.
Does bitcoin has any specific future for each country if I may ask?
Your question is just like saying ' I will go to bed and sleep but I don't know when to wake up' knowing too well that one must wake up, except that person is critically ill at a point where he wouldn't know to give up or still live.
The thing is, we all optimistic about bitcoin but there is no preference to people in Nigeria about bitcoin but we all have same accessibility to operate in bitcoin, buy, sell trade this same right are giving to everyone all over the country and globs, except for those are still in the 4 and 5fit world country where they lack means of communication or technology. Even as that we have great future provided everyone has access to net and of course this century people are easily open to learn and teach themselves things even without having to move from their respective homes.
Yes, OP dey talk in terms of bitcoin adoption for Nigeria. We know say bitcoin adoption rate differ from country to country. For example country like El Salvador wey adopt Bitcoin as legal tender don dey ahead of us for bitcoin adoption or countries way get bitcoin friendly policies still dey ahead for the bitcoin space compared to those wey dey live for anti-bitcoin countries.
I don't think those countries are ahead of us, we can only say that they are ahead of us because they are openly dealing with bitcoin and their government gives permission to it, but that doesn't mean that we aren't doing well. If you must know the number at which we are running p2p services are much higher than those countries and like I observed Nigeria has the most active cryptocurrency involvement in the whole african and has ranked number 1 among all but even as that they are not Bitcoin friendly (this statement is just like a mirage) but yet people are getting involved in every moment.
Them dey ahead of us. Nor be by number of P2P transactions you go use do your assessment. Nigeria government nor dey crypto friendly and their policies dey make crypto companies nor dey fit invest for Nigeria or do business here. So in terms of the business and investment aspect of bitcoin, investors go prefer to do their business for countries wey dey crypto friendly than to risk doing business for Nigeria.

You have to be confident in your abilities as a person to talk about Bitcoin. It's better to be negative about what the government has done or could do where our government adds a lot of lame excuses as barriers to Bitcoin adoption. As a Bitcoin investor you should continue to accumulate Bitcoins as much as you can and tend to enjoy your financial freedom as a holder in the future. By making reasonable and continuous deposits over a long period of time you can become a holder and be positive for profit.

Bitcoin should be considered as a reliable source of alternative income rather than a career and with the possibility of getting high holdings as well as verifying one's ability by depositing every week or every month.

Future of Bitcoin here, are you referring to Bitcoin being adopted as a currency in the country or you mean as a source of income for Nigerians. As for Bitcoin being accepted in Nigeria, it's very possible and it takes only one brilliant president that's sees the potential in adopting Bitcoin for it to be adopted.

Although for now that shouldn't be Nigeria problem because there are still lots of things that need to be solved before Bitcoin being adopted. We can do everything simultaneously but we know how things work in the country therefore, it's better we solve one problem before moving to the rest. The problem in Nigeria is the economy because with a strong economy that has lots of job opportunity, the youths won't be jobless and desperate as we are.

This is no time anymore to hold on to a certificate or degree for survival because if you get to assess the path the economy policies are leading us to you'll get to understand that engaging either in agro-business, learning a trade or skill is now the new way out to fend for oneself without waiting for any whitecolllar job that's coming from nowhere. Thanks to bitcoin, you can always use a percentage of whatever money you make from your skill or business to invest using the DCA strategy which could be helpful in not just making profit for the investor but also serving as a hedge against the devaluing challenge of the naira.

Nigeria happens to be one of the most promising grand for bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies projects, regardless of the current misunderstanding that is coming for me the various government officials and sec who shows a lack of understanding and knowledge about cryptocurrency most especially decentralized cryptocurrency like bitcoin., we should expect a more promising future for bitcoin in Nigeria, and as early adoptors of bitcoin in Nigeria all that I can advice is that, you shouldn't all be w the current crisis in the industry to kill your motivation, because even the government officials that are causing all the crisis in the industry doesn't have the ability to properly understood what bitcoin is all about before jumping into attacking bitcoin.

On the issues of unemployment and the quest for alternatives source of income by Nigeria youths, the fact is that it has become a source for easy money for many of the youths lately, such that they believe bitcoin and cryptocurrency is a way of making easy money, but in the real sense, it is not so, there is need.for hard work and consistency to make any good path in the cryptocurrency industry, but lately many and most Nigerians are now involved in what we call memecoin farming through their telegram apps but at the end they are still far from making the right choices and approach to what bitcoin really is all about.

Bitcoin get very promising future for Nigeria. If not for any reason but to use as hedge against inflation and investment. I no think say anything go fit slow down bitcoin adoption for Nigeria, government don try to frustrate bitcoiners but e nor work. Nigerians know say the country dey worse day by day so you need to be your own government; provide your own electricity, provide your own security, and you’re expected to create jobs for yourself and others. Bitcoin give us that extra edge to fit survive for Nigeria and na why I believe say this technology go continue to grow for Nigeria.

Good day to my fellow members.
Did you ever wonder what the future of bitcoin will be in Nigeria?
The future of bitcoin in our country (Nigeria) is already good and clear because a lot of Nigerians are aware of bitcoin; they know how it works and the benefits that come with investing in bitcoin for the long-term purpose. Bitcoin has helped a lot of Nigerian youths gain financial freedom, which has allowed them not to depend on our government to pay their bills. Bitcoin is a gateway that people see as a way of defeating poverty easily in Nigeria, which has allowed many Nigerian youths to adopt bitcoin and also teach their relatives about bitcoin so that they will know what bitcoin is all about and possibly start their bitcoin investment anytime they are ready to invest in bitcoin. You can see how our government tried to stop us from using bitcoin, but they failed to achieve that since nobody can control bitcoin.

Bitcoin doesn't give jobs, but the majority of Nigerians have been able to figure out how they can be earning from bitcoin either by offering remote jobs and getting paid with bitcoin or by just getting involved in trading it (day trading) and making their profit from each trade that they carry out. Some have also been able to control a great number in the P2P market, which is a great area I see people making profit from as there are thousands of people either looking for who to sell to or who to buy from.

In times to come, I believe Bitcoin will be more popular than the way it's currently in the country. One thing that you can also look at to see that Bitcoin has a great feature in the country is that even with it not being directly banned and directly legal, there is still mass adoption and participation in it.

I will like us to share our thoughts that we have about the future of bitcoin in Nigeria.

The future of bitcoin will be great in this country. Because, as you said earlier, many individuals are already learning about bitcoin and cryptocurrency at large, so this means there are a lot of people who are getting to know much about bitcoin and cryptocurrency, so this is to tell you that in the future many Nigerians will have the knowledge about bitcoin.

If you look at the youth of this country now, many of them want to learn bitcoin trading so that they can be able to meet up their needs, which means many Nigerians are already familiar with bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

I believe in the future bitcoin will be a great opportunity for us, the youth of this country, because it will help the unemployment. Although I’m not saying it will be a full-time job, but just a side hustle that will be doing putting our money in there and waiting till when it reaches time to take profit because we all know bitcoin is a very big digital asset in the future.
