The first known game to use blockchain technologies was CryptoKitties, launched by Axiom Zen in November 2017 for personal computers, and from there we have seen several developments in gaming blockchain, I have seen several move to earn games, tap to earn and, more interestingly, is the PORTUMA advert and game system where gamers watch adverts to earn, I mean this looks to me like we should keep expecting different dynamics of this kinds of game in blockchain. What kind of game have you found mostly interesting and how do you expect to see the blockchain gaming sector in the future?
There are many kinds of games out there but I have seen more fighting games which have a ranking system more. It is entertaining and ca be played even without the intention of profit which increases its chance to become popular. On the other hand, tap games seem to be quite the trend these days. We see a rise of notable ones like notcoin. It is easy, can cure you out of boredom and most importantly it gives you profit. I am sure we will be seeing more tap coins following the success of notcoin

It will be like a casino, a good way to get money from people. And people, in turn, will lose them.

I believe that the future of cryptocurrency-based games has great potential, as blockchain technology allows players to securely own and trade in-game assets in a new way. This could lead to a more immersive and personalized gaming experience. Nevertheless, we will soon look back with nostalgia on the good old days of video games that simply entertained us. Roll Eyes

Nowadays there are many games in the online market place that we can definitely earn money by playing these games which are benefiting our young people a lot because they can play games and earn money along with education and they get to know about it through different marketplaces.  They are understanding what is crypto related and also understanding the income that can be made through the game.

I don't play CryptoKitties games and maybe I missed it, the trend in playing games is not everyone's interest, it depends on the complexity that a game offers, even if the game is without rewards as long as I can master it I prefer it to fill my free time, and for portuma this trend that is similar still exists today, with its altcoin pay, there are several that have been listed by watching ads even though it is different because now it is wrapped up with app mining tapis aya consider the same as watching ads.
============================================
The reward promotion step in the game-fi category in exchange for altcoins in my opinion has become commonplace and it is quite effective, even now there is a trend in accessing telegrams with light, fast games and the same ui /ux even though it is still on mobile phones.

You can play any game even with frequent releases, and these game-fi developers are able to read the current situation and trends, even if you hope for a dyor game-fi project with your decision because anyone can leave the token and find another game by doing the same thing, especially if the liquidity is completely for airdrop. Speaking of tokenomics and crypto assets, all the risks with game-fi cannot be separated from the fundamentals in general assets, because it's just fun and it's a sweetener. but if you believe DYOR.

(...)What kind of game have you found mostly interesting and how do you expect to see the blockchain gaming sector in the future?

Honestly, the gamefi trend in the crypto space is overused when basically balancing finance and technology in each game is still a big problem. The success of well-known projects has contributed to bringing attention to the investment potential in this field in terms of profit, but true to the nature of games, each product needs to have specific features and combined with blockchain technology, but most of that connection is not strong. I myself like to play games, but in this space the element of investment and making a profit is more important so it's not really just a matter of hype in this trend.

The period ahead for gamefi will still have many different challenges, but there are also some things that provide a good experience, but getting attention is not purely based on the product because of the fierce competition in the crypto space. If the product does not have potential, it will be difficult to maintain and gain a strong position in the space.
