Gas is how much fee you pay in $ and is measured in Gwei. This Gwei can be found in the top right corner of your screen and I think the preset is 21 gwei. That should be enough for typical transactions but if you want to get

your $ across faster than I suggest using a higher # anywhere from the 30-50 range should do just fine. Do also be weary of the gas limit as this will also effect how much your fee is.

Just use this site https://ethgasstation.info/ According to this site you can just use 1 gwei now, because no one is using ethereum now, the ico era is over so ethereum network is almost empty. I like the ethereum right now so cheap gas and almost instant transactions. You can even use 0.1 gwei and it will go through thats like 0.001 $ amazing right? The tokens now are also using less gas and ether delta is working very good now.

Is transaction speed depend on the gas price?.Did you mean it by "Faster confiration"

Gas price is measure in gwei. And your gwei could start from a thousand to several thousand's depending on your transaction and type of transaction. The fee in ether is very small so you have nothing to worry about.
