the dual-x 280 it gives me around 530 h/s in cryptonigth (sgminer 5.5.5 -ri 440 -w 4 -g 2) and 280 sol/s in zec

The clocks are 1000 mhz gpu and 1500 mhz mem (hynix)

Dual-X R9 280 3GB GDDR5

HD Radeon 7950 900 M 3GB D5

would it be worth getting both for around 100 Euro ?
Dual-X R9 280 3GB I think you can 300 h/s in equihash algo .
And for HD Radeon 7950 for ethereum mining he can get 14 mh/s base on what i saw in some youtube..
I don't think it will be still worth it but if you already had those cards why not use it to start mining to learn how mining works so that you have idea for your future mining rig. .

Bitcoin FTW!
What algo are you talking about? The cards aren't bad for some algos but you have also specified nothing about your electrical cost. We're grasping for straws here. For the 280 Equihash is probably your best bet (Zcash). The 7950 is also pretty much the same as the 280.
