If it's a BTC/fiat card then stick with the best reviewed ones on here. Xapo and Bit-x are the biggest but there are others with threads. They can be used to turn a bitcoin balance into spendable fiat. Considering you have to park your coins with them to spend them you'd better make sure it's a reputable operation.

Fees will sting whoever you choose. Cheaper to sell via and exchange and use fiat usually.

I had purchased one loaded credit card last month. Didn't work as expected. The buyer gave me access to an online account system where I could check the funds, but the next week the funds were gone and invalid. Luckily i had an escrow in place. So as long as you have that in place, you shouldn't worry about it.

I have seen a few postings offering prepaid credit cards, and I was hoping to maybe get one. The problem is that I'm not sure about how legit a business it is and how to check that they are not stolen cards, or something. The thing is that I was hoping to buy something online at a place that doesn't accept bitcoins and I don't want to wait for a credit card or have to pay any expenses for using my own money (because middlemen make things so much more complicated and expensive).
Also, is there anyone here you've bought prepaid credit cards from (or have purchased an equivalent service from)? I hear about a Xapo and some other bitcoin-related businesses giving you debit cards, can they be used online, or only for BTC transactions?
Thanks in advance, have a good one.
