I think it depend of your activity and your profile status. If you are new member I think the best is to post 5 per day. When will you get more activity you should to post around 20 post per day.
around 10-15 posts mostly.
I don't care at all how much post I have. The info found on this forum is way more valuable for me.

If I am here for my signature campaign, I am always looking to post my maximum for the campaign for the day. Some of those days I find myself posting more because I find a topic that I am interested in and it is moving fast, so I stay on.
I think for me the maximum will be 20.

I didn't know there was a ban treshold... Is it automatic, or only when you post really low quality posts over 20 times/day?
Even then, it would take me 1-2 hours to make 20-30 posts, so i guess that would be my maximum to...

It depends on the free time i have to be on this forum. If i have a few hours to kill on this forum than i will post around 10 posts or more for sure. But with the work and all i can't stay many hours on this forum
