- top notch security
- impeccable reputation
- good customer support
- great software, script, real provably fair

Design is most important thing when I`m looking a site for gambling, or playing dices or what ever I play. Faucet is something that is not fun for me, its just for testing a site, its very hard to win something from that, and we lose time for almost nothing. Chat is something that can be good, if there is good community people always talk or comment throws.
I like when I can gamble and feel safe that site is not cheating me, provably fair sites are easy to find now days. Before giving my money I look what people here talk about that site, and what kind of experience they have there. That is best way, its how I keep myself safe.

On any website that I sent bitcoin to, I need to know that the funds are secured very well on the service provider side.
In addition to that, I want to be able to put up my own security in the form of 2fa, so it is next to impossible to hack from a distance.

yeah but the problem with instant deposit and instant withdrawal are it's vulnerable , people who have evil intention could doing a double spend to cheating the instant deposit feature and for security reason instant withdrawal shouldn't applied. i would prefer to see a reasonable time to deposit and withdrawal for now primedice and fortunejack are on my top list .

I think one of the most annoying thing than can be found on any gambling site is a slow withdrawal or a slow deposit. Sometimes you get to that rage moment and you lose all your money, you then want to quickly recover them but your excitement gets spoiled because the deposit takes a lot of time. Most dice sites look the same and have the same features so I think this is one of the most important thing I'm looking for along with no advertisements, not laggy website, website's design is simple but professional looking, and active mods.

All of these are equally important but the most important to me is the proven fairness and standing by it not proving its fair but not a slight availability of it... If I will lose, I want to lose in a fair way...

in order of importance:

Fairness: it goes without saying that this is a deal breaker if it doesn't exist.
speed+design: which are mostly the same, a nice design from a good developer will always load faster and on most devices but bad designs will always have problems
Bot: it should offer good and flexible options
promotional giveaways, faucet,etc: all these help you when you lose and want to get some helping money and also keeps the existing members from going to other dice sites
last but not least: having option to bet with other cryptocurrencies too

The most important things i look into a dice site is that if it's provably fair and then the design(simple is preferable). bot and chat doesn't really matter to me, i gamble quick and logout. Cheesy

The important things I would consider in a good dice site are:
1.Fairness and verification of past bets(also to show upto 200 past bets)
2.The users. Minimum of 750 users are a must for me trust a website. I would frequently see their chats to see if they are bots or not.
3.The autobet settings. The better the options, easier to play there
4.The activeness of support, mods and the admin. Those to reply fast are reliable
5.Other factors are the chance % range, the speed of bets, the faucets, the deposit confirmations required, withdraw fees, the coins allowed to play with etc.

To me it does not matter that much but I have to say that the design is the most important because if you come with a ugly design people will think that this guy who created the site is not trust able.
If you come with a nice and user friendly site people will think different.

I am not particular about the web design, faucet and bot of a dice site. The most important thing to me is the chat and the deposit/withdrawal.
It would be good to have a active chat as it will encourage more users to gamble. Deposit/withdraw is one that will destroy the confidence of the users if there are delays in either of these.
