If to answer question written in tittle - answer is ePay. They have most faucets. Faucethub is too young service to be most popular. For me both services is really good.Faucetsystem is less popular service, it's very similar to Faucetbox, but they have good faucet script. But I don't like their support.
I know FH is still young but look its growing fast soon FH will shine, with excellent support and feature, this FH is the best.

from my opinion faucethub.io is the best micropayment system , of course epay and faucetsystem they are not bad micropayment so you can choose what you want because all 3 are good

Faucethub yes that is the best I say butitis new but as some of the best feature in it of course faucetbox was the best but now clossed so use faicethub and im sure that that will be the new faucetbox
Direct paying faucets aren't good, most people don't like it.
I would suggest you FaucetHub.io, in my opinion it's the best micro payment service as they started now and already have a lot of customers and users. They offer new features which you don't find in another micro payment services sites.
There are many good faucets using their services too, like Virtual Pub, the most recently success of Faucet's industry!

Oke since the FaucetBox is dead (I'm glad they didn't stop their service for the faucet script)
I'm going to make a Faucet, but which one should I use? The more popular Micropayment then maybe the more secure it's. Since they wont scam the user cause they have many income from the many user.
