I think the most secured and best mobile wallet is MyCelium. GreenAddress (aka GreenBits) is also fine.
If you have an IOS you kinda forced to use Bread wallet (which is ok - but not the best one).
Still.. its always advisable to not store larger amounts of bitcoins on mobile wallets.
Android phones are pretty vulnerable to exploits lurking around on the internet.

If Jaxx is not save, then does that mean all the mobile wallets are insecure? Then where should i keep all my coins?

you can try once elctreum because it is more safe and secure. but few coin users are using coinbase site it is not more secure i mean it has no more secure present. so you try to choose  best site for keeping coins. in the electreum fee also reasonable and easy to keep savings. and another wallet is jaxx is also good and secure wallet.

As it is, it is very unsafe if you keep your coin in a mobile wallet. Because any mobile wallet must be vulnerable to account break-ins because it is vulnerable to viruses. It's a good idea to save your coin in a desktop wallet that is more secure than mobile wallet. I've tried it and I think it's pretty safe.

I think jaxx is safe i have used it for long time to saving ethereum on there, but still there are risk losing the digital coins on there, so i also used mycelium on android smartphone devices, jaxx to saving the altcoins and mycelium to saving the bitcoins, actually there are no guarantee our funds is safe in mobile wallet, so never put the digital coins in one devices and always do back up the private key.
But which ethereum are you holding on that wallet?
Eth or Etc? The Classic one had an issue a while ago and don't know if that was ever resolved completely or not.
I think not all jaxx users are affected in the issue before.. or maybe this users are newbie in using jaxx wallet..
If you want really safe of your bitcoin that immune to any virus better to try use hardware wallet like ledger nano s that you can hold different altcoins or you can also use in bitcoin..
This is i think much more safe than using other apps for mobile since the security of mobile is really low many viruses in android these days . since i'm technician i experience viruses that can get the email in android mobile or keylog your touch.. so always be safe if we use a 3rd party like ledger nano s..

Jaxx is insecure? I've heard about it a lot but never actually used it, although this is the first time I've heard it's insecure. Anyway, since android phones run apps in a VM a mobile wallet on an android phone is the most secure type of wallet short of a cold wallet (if you use IPhone then I can't really help you there).
It is insecure because they don't store your seed safely. This means that anyone with access to your device can steal all your coins without any problem. The worst part: Their devs are saying they won't fix those issues because they are "very comfortable with this security model for hotwallets" and they expect the user to "maintain control of their devices and keep them away from anyone that may steal your wallet".

Not only this, but their wallet have a lot of bugs unfixed and you may end up losing your coins. Just check the tons of issues the users are experiencing in Jaxx's subreddit /r/jaxx/

On the other side, people may be overreacting. https://medium.com/@homakov/why-you-shouldnt-worry-about-the-jaxx-hack-6344a4c4a11

Mycelum, Coinomi, or Electrum are 3 good wallets to consider; although if you're worried most about hacking then Coinbase or Blockchain.info would be best because they support 2FA.

If Jaxx is not save, then does that mean all the mobile wallets are insecure? Then where should i keep all my coins?

I was using coinbase early and now I am using Mycelium wallet. I hope this wallet good  security features such as private key seed adding, two factor authentication for using the wallet in website.
You can manage the fees also with the 3 steps options. Overall experience to use this wallet is good for me.

Yes I agree, I also use this Mycelium.
I have been using this wallet for a long time and have never been in trouble, whether it is in storage and withdrawal, in addition to that high level of security is very comfortable, only we who have special access to open our wallet, this is one suggestion Which is good for you.

Fees as of late on Mycelium have been ridiculous!! Sent $50 today and was charged over $8!!

8$ is too much for 50$, I thought that Mycelium was a good one bitcoin wallet in android mobile.
That is not right anyway, If this will continue perhaps all clients of mycelium will disappear little by little.

Almost all mobile wallets are secure, the major ones like Electrum, Mycellium, and Breadwallet. Any wallet which is based on a seed is more secure than any other wallet like blockchain for android. It is not recommended to keep a big amount of bitcoins in these type of wallets. Just keep a small amount for everyday use.

I believe mobile wallets are only used for convenience. I use coinbase mobile wallet because it is easy for me to send bitcoin to any address. It is easy to use and I can also see if I have received any bitcoin in easy way. In terms of storage, I prefer using a a desktop wallet which is offline. this gives more security for my bitcoin

There are ways to make coins usable on your phone and still moderately secure.

For example, you could buy a TREZOR and carry it with you (it's tiny), then connect it to your phone with Mycelium.  That would keep your coins safe and you can use hidden wallets with additional passphrases on a TREZOR to protect against physical theft (not to mention the PIN system, but that could be vulnerable to 5-dollar wrench attacks).

In normal situations I would get Mycelium or Breadwallet and only hold as much on it as you'll need for regular transactions.

Actually, there are many people who use mobile wallet or online wallet that you can use if you want to keep your bitcoin safe and secure. Furthermore, there are still people who use the cold storage that you need to install in your laptop or computer. However, the best way to keep you bitcoin is to store it online wallet because it’s totally secure and no one will try to hack or stealth it.

The most secure wallet I could suggest you to use it is Electrum wallet, this is the most secure one that I used for a couple
of months up to now, and it is truated application wallet to anyone in this industry.

In the history of Bitcoin I found that we have problems only with the third party wallet and that will results into lake of trust of save your money safely in the online .
So here I will recommend to use only blockchain.info wallet because blockchain.info is available at every type of platform , I means to say that we can use it at web desktop as well as at the mobile platform easily and also in blockchain wallet we have the option to pay the customised fee .
So why we should use another third party wallet , So use official always have no fear in our mind because official are always best and they will responsible for our any type of loss .

Yes you're right about using wallet having a third party, like coinbase it uses third party so its not so secure.
Try electrum its a desktop wallet and acts as a cold storage wallet  but you can installed it in your smart phone or tablet.
It's great for back up and for storing huge amount of btc. It's an offline so it will not get hack.
For your everyday transaction just use coins.ph , it's safe to use and doesn't use third party.

Yeah , last day I also heard about the hack of the Jaxx wallet which is popular wallet for the mobile . Since it was the third party wallet , so security may be good but still chance of hack were maximum  .
Here I will suggest you everyone that instead to out your money in the third party wallet , use official one because official wallets are always better for your safety because a big responsibility always forces the owner of the wallet to gave the full security for Thier service .
Here my suggestion for all of you is that use only those wallets which operates over the Bitcoin address private and public key only and they don't need any password ( because password can be cracked with reset options ) .
And also we still have the option of the blockchain that is impossible for anyone to hack then why we take worry to store wallet in other wallet , we should save our btc in only blockchain.info  , because I had never seen any wallet which has more security then blockchain have .

mobile wallets should be used if you need your coins easily accessible and portable with you. if you want to "keep coins" then use any desktop wallet or better yet use cold storage. many altcoins even have paper wallets (use google to find out). and for bitcoin just visit this https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet and choose mobile wallets section.
