This is a normal result when using a 4G modem. I have the same results 300-700ms. In rural areas, not bad fast internet, but very cheap electricity. We have to put up with this and use special antennas to improve the data transfer rate.

It's network latency in milliseconds, the time between submiting a share and receiving the acknowledgement

The lower the ms number displayed the better, I noticed that if I'm using H+ internet to mine I get 3000+MS and my shares get rejected but when I switched to 4G+ network the MS number goes as low as 100MS and I don't see shares getting rejected
Time to submit share.
